This 2 BR luxury suite is located in a $1.5M home on the lower level with a private entrance, patio, large deck, and ample parking. This is a large private unit (~1500 sq. ft.) located on 2 acres in a rural setting, but minutes to restaurants and I-25 & Lincoln Ave. There is a private pickleball court on the property available upon request. We frequently host guests visiting Denver, Colorado Springs, and the acclaimed IVF facility in nearby Lone Tree. Guests find this a very desirable property.

This is a 4400 ft2 executive home with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Completely updated kitchen and bathrooms. The house can comfortably sleep 10 with 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 2 twins. Workout area with weights, treadmill and exercise balls. Great areas to unwind inside or out. Enjoy deer in the yard, and terrific views of the mountains and the lake. There is a gas fireplace to enjoy cozy evenings. The location is terrific to enjoy the outdoors or centrally located to shop or explore.
