Excellent large three-room apartment, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two twin beds and a third bed in the living room that is also used as an armchair. With a patio and grill for exclusive use. Very well located in the center, shopping area with shops and supermarkets 100 meters away, only 8 blocks from the river terminal (arrival by Buquebus or Colonia Express) 10 blocks from the historic center, 5 from the promenade where the access to the beach is located.

Our house is located in a very interesting point of Cologne, a quiet neighborhood with proximity to several places of interest in the city. You'll love my place because of the natural light, the backyard with a barbecue and green space, the wood stove, the spaciousness, the comfortable and spacious kitchen, complete with basic condiments available. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families, and large groups of friends.

Everything was impeccable, Silvina took very good care of us, always very attentive to assist us in everything we needed. The accommodation is comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed, 2 air conditioners that worked perfectly for 2 very hot days. The accommodation is 5 minutes away from downtown Carmelo by car. Very quiet area.

We were very comfortable in Juan's house. Everything you need, clean, with good warm bedding for 7 people. To keep in mind, if more than 4 people go, the mezzanine is not very accessible due to the steepness of the stairs, in our case there was no problem. The area is very quiet, next to the Plaza de Toros, ideal for driving. There's a supermarket one block away, great. We'll be back for sure!

Very good place to stay, nice place, very quiet area. The house is neat, just as in the photos, and in an excellent location. I 100% recommend renting from Diego and Claudia. They behaved excellently at all times.

This is the second time we've chosen Soledad's house to rest. This time it was a gift I gave to my parents, since our previous experience with Soledad was excellent and I wanted to share it with them. The surroundings and the house are much more beautiful than what is detailed in the description, the house is cozy and comfortable. I have no complaints, quite the opposite. It exceeds expectations! A very nice apartment, with a beautiful view. The building has a spa, heated pool and gym that we were all able to use. Very nice. It's a pity that they allow minors in the Jacuzzi and heated pool, not making the place as relaxing as it should be. But that should already be in the building rules or adults should be more aware and be responsible parents.

The house is small but has everything you need for the comfortable stadium. for a couple and even with a child. It was very comfortable and safe we will be back. EXCELLENT
