“A SMALL PARADISE ON WATER! Big favorite for Jean and Monique: sea angels fallen from the sky! A "small" ADORABLE couple. Sailboat on top and very pampering, location also (small morning croissants 10 meters), all shops nearby on foot. A port with old and traditional charm, not a sound at night and in the morning the sweet song of the seagulls ... and the village wakes up gently. Beautiful coves of port-Vendres imperative to do: Bernardi, Paulilles and del Forat (the 3 side by side). Wed 20 ° to mid-October and excellent swimming ... without the crowd. Side waves that Paulilles is the quietest, the others are wilder and also very beautiful. Clear water, fish swim at your feet and beaches clean. You will enjoy the sailboat and its surroundings ... and cookies Monique: consume without moderation! Too good!”

“We deliberately chose the accommodation further up and parked the car there in the parking lot. We always walked to the center and to the beach and used the path as a small fitness program (you could also drive about half of it by car, but we didn't do that). The pastry for breakfast I bought fresh down in the village. For the way (about 240 steps and then about three hundred meters to the center) I needed about 10 minutes each. I would calculate 15 minutes if you walk a bit more comfortable. On the whole way you have a wonderful view. We visited the swimming pool almost every day before and after the beach, at least for a short time. It is big enough to swim properly and the view from up there is just great. Many thanks to Valerie for a wonderful and relaxed week.”
