The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

A 17c listed Devon long house, in a small hamlet on the edge of Plympton and Historic Plympton St Maurice ,2 mls to Plymstock and 4 mls to the Plymouth City Centre . It’s completely self contained and private. The hamlet is quiet and semi rural but mins from local amenities. Dartmoor National Park,local beaches and the gateway to Cornwall are a shortdrive away.Enjoy the SW coastal path ,the Historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe. Maybe just a peaceful break.There is something for everyone .

Entire property, situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Little Toft is located close to beautiful beaches, Dartmoor National Park, award winning pubs and restaurants and the beautiful Ocean City of Plymouth. Sleeps 6. 1 bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Very well equipped kitchen. Dining and sitting room area. Ample free parking. Private outdoor courtyard space.
