Chez Maty, located in the heart of the Hautes Pyrénées, 2 minutes from Lake Génos – Loudenvielle (children's games, pedal boats, etc.). You can access it via a small pedestrian path that passes in front of the house entrance. The BALNEA thermal-recreational center is only 1 km from the accommodation. You will be happy to be able to enjoy the slopes (mountain biking, SKIING, hiking...) of the VAL LOURON resort by its road. But also PEYRAGUDES accessible by LOUDENVIELLE by cable car (8 min by SKYVALL).

The apartment has a beautiful terrace, with views of the mountains, in absolute calm. Close to shops (supermarket/pharmacy 500 m, bakery 800 m, curist shuttle at the foot of the residence, 500 m train station, 1.5 km from the city center.) Perfect for stays in any season. The 40 m2 T3 duplex cottage offers from its terrace a magnificent view of Lake Payolle and the mountains, kingdom of cows and horses in summer, starting point for many hikes or bikes on the slopes of Tourmalet and Aspin. Fishermen are not forgotten and several water activities are offered in summer as well as horse or pony rides. The view is worth it with sloping stairs. Infants are welcome but nothing is provided for their comfort.

cozy cottage at Lac de Payolle

Very warm and cozy mountain cottage. It has panoramic views of the lake and Pic du Midi. It was recently renovated. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom that opens onto the landing with a single bed, a cabin bed and a bed in a tree house. 4G accessible. The Payolle site is a magical place called "little Canada" because the lake is lined with beautiful fir trees. You can do many different activities.

The reflection of the lake

By the lake, the location of the apartment is ideal for enjoying all the many activities of the lake (canoeing, paddle boarding, tree climbing, swimming pool...), the Balnea center, paragliding schools, hiking, mountain biking, fishing... Close-by shops and restaurants. The shuttle will drop you off at the foot of the Skyvall to enjoy the Peyragudes ski area. The Louron Valley is beautiful in summer and winter!
