Located in the old bread oven of the mill, this studio, charming cottage, is perfect for a relaxing stay by the river. The property features a large wooded park of 8000m2 bordered by the river. It is located between the town of Saintes (5 min) and the town of Cognac (18 min) and close to the ocean ( 40 min from Royan and 1 hr 10 min from the island of Oléron). The gite has a small kitchen with essentials. Sheets and towels are provided.
