the house is beautiful, cozy and quiet. perfect for rest. the neighborhood is residential, without many shops and restaurants nearby. the marga is a polite and discreet host. it was a pleasure to share the space with her, since it is an independent accommodation but within the same house. Communication with nat was always very friendly and fast. The certainty of a great stay for those looking for tranquility! the bed is the shower worth mentioning because they are sensational!

A very good place to stay. The hosts gave me the possibility on the same day to pass check-in very easily. The apartment is very well located, nearby there are bars and restaurants and nice parks to walk.

I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

Diego’s place was beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean. Exactly as pictured. We had a wonderful stay visiting our daughter who is living in Belgrano for her study abroad semester. The location was a short walk / uber from many great destinations while also being in a residential area. We took the subway most days which was very easy - you can pay at the turnstile with your Visa. Diego’s caretaker met us for check in and check out and was on time and helpful. The washing machine in the place was an added bonus.

I had a great experience in this Airbnb apartment. From the first moment, the service was impeccable. The host was very friendly, always attentive to our needs and willing to answer any questions. The location is another strong point: it is in a strategic area, close to restaurants, shops, public transportation and tourist spots, which made our city tours much easier. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Each space is tastefully cared for and offers a warm and cozy atmosphere, ideal for both resting and working. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the internet connection was fast and stable throughout the stay. Without a doubt, what stands out the most is the tranquility of the place. Despite being well located, the environment is quiet, which allowed for a full rest. I recommend this place 100% and would definitely come back. A perfect stay!

Great place to stay in Belgrano, 10 min walk from subte at Congreso Tucaman, very clean and furnished as the description. Best of all the host was very friendly, flexible and responsive which made our stay very easy.

Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Big comfortable and cozzy house. The location is really good. Very close to the bario chino and caffes supermarkets and restaurants all around. The landlords are really nice. There is amazing game room with lots of board games its really fun!! The jacuzzi is big but doesnt get hot enough. No nets on all windows but can be fixed. All and all i really recommend really enjoyed the house

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Being at home... Everything was superbly equipped, the kitchen, the laundry room, the terrace... We had a beautiful climate that allowed us to enjoy the patio and the terrace. The house has details that make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The shower in the main bathroom is a 10 ❤️ The bed is very comfortable, and a dream storage space. Close to a store for daily shopping And a few blocks from a new restaurant and bar area. Casa Paz is large, comfortable and invites you to rest, have a barbecue and enjoy with family or friends. The safe and quiet area.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

A spectacular stay. This is the second time I have stayed and I would always come back. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view. The apartment is as described, very clean and tidy, with all the amenities. Communication with the hosts was very good and friendly. I recommend it 100%.
