With the river in the back it’s such a nice place! You can be outside on the water or inside playing some games! Very versatile and fun for everyone.

Excellent location in Cornville, very nice accommodations, beautiful decor inside and out. Easy to get to. We enjoyed our time at David’s place. The bed was comfortable. My husband primarily wanted to stay here in order to fish and he was able to access part of the river. Pretty views. Overall, it was a great stay for our little getaway.

The Cabana is a magical escape! It is beautiful and unique, a clear labor of love. The bed was comfy and the bed heaters kept us nice and warm during the cold nights. The outdoor kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of seating options. Using the fireplace at night overlooking the water was a real treat. We will be back!

We had a lovely time in the tiny house. It was clean and located near the river with a lot of privacy. Andy responded immediately on questions.

The place was beautiful (inside and out), cozy, quiet and peaceful. We loved the direct access to the creek and being surrounded by nature. We didn’t want to leave!

This stay at Lori's beautiful home was as wonderful as always. It was so nice to bring one of my friends this time around. She has been extra weary over her husband's cancer and very long radiation therapy. It was such a nice respite for her. I loved taking the short hike to the overlook and creek. We enjoyed the star filled sky at night and good eats in town during the day. Having the comfiest beds ever, made for an amazing night's sleep. The coziness and warmth of this magical place brought so much healing. Thank you Lori for providing such lovey stay.

The tiny home was more than expected. We found the bed to be cozy and comfortable. The site was easily accessible and clear signs were posted in and out showing us the rules, etc. The site was walking distance from the Verde River. While the river was muddy, we had fun exploring the area. We loved staying so much we’ve already planned to come back to this precious little home away from home. Andy was responsive and friendly - just a perfect host. I would recommend anyone to stay here. There truly are no words to describe the weekend we had, it was the getaway we needed and we luckily found the perfect spot.

Tia’s house on Oak Creek was exactly what we hoped it was. The scenery around the house was great. We chose it based on the creek side experience over the red rock views experience but we glad to find out there was just enough red rock on the surrounding cliffs poking through to feel like we got both. The kids loved being close to the creek and we walked down the path frequently. The yard was very well manicured and had great amenities like the hammock, grill, fire pit table, and fireplace. The house itself was awesome, with the large windows in the family room being the hit for us. Gave us great views of the cliffs and the yard. The house had everything we needed even with kids and the washing machine came in handy. We will definitely try and stay here again when coming to Sedona. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This property and the surrounding area is absolutely stunning! It’s such a serene and relaxing place and we were sad to leave! Troy and Katherine were very accommodating and the loft was comfortable and cozy. It was a perfect place for a little getaway and we definitely want to come back.

Happy met us as we arrived and was quick to adjust the AC to our likings. The unit was large and spacious with two large private decks and clean outdoor seating. The setting tucked away in the Granite Dells is idyllic and very unique. The grounds are lavishly tended with many flowers, large trees for shade, a pool, bikes and maps of paths nearby. Happy and Free are constantly tending the landscape and other guests needs. We were able to access our favorite bike path right from the property without riding on a busy highway. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and a wide variety of healthy smoothie ingredients. Since there are no TV's or cell service the whole property is very quiet after dark. Bed is comfy. Wifi is provided and works better than what we have at home. We have stayed in Prescott many times and this place is the best we have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. We will return but will check first with them about the mosquito population which is not year round.

Each morning, we woke to the gentle sound of the creek and a chorus of birds — pure nature therapy. The hiking trails nearby were stunning, offering views and serenity we didn’t even know we needed. Every inch of the area was filled with vibrant, living beauty. It felt like time slowed down in the best way. Honestly, it was even better than we expected. We came here for rest and left with a full heart and clear minds. This place is truly a hidden gem — peaceful, rejuvenating, and deeply connected to the natural world. We had such a great stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully styled… several of my friends commented on how much they loved the decor. The outdoor space was a highlight, with amazing views, a relaxing hammock, hot tub, and a perfect patio for hanging out. David was an excellent host. He was very responsive and communicative throughout. Would definitely stay again!
