Vacation rentals with lake access in Cobb County

Gustavo was a great host! The house was absolutely beautiful with many amenities, like a home away from home! We had one minor issue with the home and he quickly reached out to fix the problem. All around would definitely stay here again!

Beverly was responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our experience. The home worked well for our needs. it was easy to access and equipped with everything we needed. TVs are modern, good sizes, and nicely positioned. Primary bed is comfy and we enjoyed the quality bedding. overall a lovely stay.

Ed was an excellent host ,we were extremely satisfied , his personality was awesome he made sure that everything was to our expectations the house was great. This was an excellent choice for my family even my 2 year old granddaughter said to our host, its beautiful 😍. GREAT!!! PLACE TO SPEND TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY. GREAT JOB ED WE WILL BE BACK SOON

The place was beautiful the appliances and everything was up-to-date. The rooms were comfortable and he had a TV in each room For you to relax at the long sightseeing day in Atlanta. The owner responded very quickly to any questions that we had and I would also like to add he was very friendly when I spoke with because I kept hitting the wrongcode in. I felt very safe in this place.

House was great; exactly as advertised.

We were in town for a short visit to see friends and this was a wonderful place to stay after a long day of driving. Clean, comfortable, and great for families or adults traveling.

Shalynn's home was cozy but roomy, with an open concept. The location is peaceful, beautiful and quiet. The pictures do not do justice, when you walk into her home it's an awe moment. There were some items that were not fixed I contacted her to make her aware and she responded quickly. She was flexible with check in, and made sure there wasn't anything else I needed, only problem was the cleaning crew left water bottles and trash behind the beds, and I could not dispose of the trash because it was full no fault of Shalynn. Overall, the stay was nice. Her place beautiful and will be an excellent rental on Airbnb.

Victoria was a wonderful host! Clean and accommodating! This is our second year renting this unit and we plan to be back again next year. This is the perfect unit for catching a Braves game. Can’t get any closer to Truist Park.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and easy to find. Caesarius was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made my trip very pleasant. I highly recommend this spot and would definitely return.

Location was outside of the busier parts of Atlanta but easy to drive to restaurants and shops close by. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Marietta Townhouse! I had a fantastic time at this 2 bed, 1.5 bath Marietta townhouse. The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown and nature trails. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the outdoor patio is a lovely addition. The host was responsive and attentive. Highly recommend this gem for a memorable stay in Marietta!

We loved this place! My family stayed here during my college graduation, and really loved it. I have a few things to note as enjoyable! The soap and lotion and provided laundry detergents were so lovely! And the plants added a homey feeling to the home. It was also really nice and bright in the bedrooms. No issues with neighbors, and very friendly neighborhood with lots to do. There was also free Wi-Fi and a TV in the living room area for Netflix etc. Our host was very responsive and kind! We ultimately loved our experience here at the Eclectic Retreat!

This home is a beautiful location right on the river. It has a really cool loft area bedroom with multiple beds and two bedrooms downstairs. The kitchen came nicely, equipped only missing a few items. I would normally use in my day-to-day cooking. The living room was comfortable and big enough for our little family of four. There were definitely a few areas of concern that would easily be addressed when the owner or a maintenance person visits. First of all, we found a half, dead cockroach, and multiple millipedes inside the master bedroom. It may have just been sprayed, I don’t know, but they were there. The only big concern of mine was the nails sticking up out of the boards on the dock and stairs, I was concerned my kids would’ve ripped their foot open and made them wear shoes. Easy fix, but definitely a liability. Overall, it was just a wonderful place to stay. It was loaded with wood for the fire pit in fireplace in the living room. They also left some s’mores.

We decided to make a short trip up to Atlanta for a Braves game and the Aquarium. We were even able to fit in some dinner with family in Marietta. This place provided a nice relaxing place for us to settle between everything and allow us to bring our wonderful dog along. The owners were very responsive and helpful. From the beginning, we had no trouble getting inside and settling. Inside is a bit cozy and has a homey feel to it with a great view of the lake they're sitting on. Outside is a newer spacious trex (or comparable) decking out over the lake with some paddle boards and kayaks that were available for use. It was very nice to hang out there, chat and sip on a beer. Just a peaceful setting that was much needed. The only thing that was a little difficult to manage was the shower due to it's size but we both handled it fairly well. Overall, I'd say this was an excellent experience and would certainly do this again. Thank you!!

A beautiful peaceful place in the middle of the city.. My daughter did not want to leave & I already miss the gorgeous, quiet, serene surroundings.

Loved our time at this house! We will definitely book again when returning to the area! Everything about the rental and property was great!

Peaceful stay. The landscaping and lighting at night was so pretty. We sat outside in the rocking chairs a lot! The back porch was a perfect setting for a good book and cup of coffee with the trelliss and flowering vines. Communication was timely and I really liked how everything was outlined both prior to our visit and at the house.

I loved staying here and would stay again. Great home and a great host.

This is a great little house close to the lake for a getaway. The beach area was really quiet during our stay and is a short walk from the house. Just be warned, it is down a path with a section that is fairly steep, so may be difficult to carry all your lake gear to. The house was very clean and well stocked including a range of toys for multiple age groups which was a huge amenity. My only critique is the upstairs air conditioner (located in the master bedroom for the whole upstairs) did struggle a bit to keep up with it being hot and humid. The second bedroom was a little warm even with the box fan provided. Overall though, this was a great vacation getaway rental.
