Monthly Rentals in Cóbano

Tanias Casita is a very lovely place just a short drive away from Montezuma center. It‘s a lovely place surrounded by nature. We enjoyed the casita, the pool and the nearby surroundings. We didn‘t have a car so we had to either take a taxi uphill (5000 colon) or walk a short but very steep bit. We can definitly recommend Tanias place - she‘s a wonderful host. And if you stay there don‘t miss out on the butterfly garden next door and a cool drink in the butterfly brewery.

faith was such a lovely host who was there for you 24/7. The apartment was clean, tidy and very spacious. Especially the bed was so amazing and big, and we loved the fact that there was hot water (in contrast to other airbnb's that we visited). We expected a bit more of Santa Teresa itself because the locals said swimming is dangerous because of the current, rocks and waves. Also, it's not really a suitable place for beginner surfers.

I had a great experience staying for a month. I was working remotely and surfing every day, and the apartment had everything I needed — and more. The internet was good, the kitchen had the basics for cooking, and the location was excellent. But the best part was definitely the view from both the bedroom and kitchen windows. Working while looking out at those endless green landscapes was truly something special. There were also lots of animals that came to visit — it was really cute. And Iriana is a super host: always available and very helpful. I definitely had some great days at her place :)

Barbara and John were literally the kindest people in Costa Rica you could stay with. Our toddler, the biggest food critic of them all loved every food recommendation we received. He danced to the music in restaurants and was welcomed with love by locals. The home is so private, relaxing, beautifully decorated, everyone in our family felt at home here. We cooked in the kitchen and found it fully equipped and easy to cook for a group. We loved watching monkeys swaying on neighboring trees and birds singing each morning near the large deck. We slept so peacefully in their comfortable large beds every night and the space was quite large so our kiddo got to get his wiggles out. Their pool was the perfect temperature everyday and large enough you could do laps. John provided such a throughout and very legit surf lesson. Overall we LOVED this home and it was well worth the journey into this cool little surf town. - Christina
