We had a wonderful 8-day stay at this Airbnb in Perth! The house was easy to find and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The home itself is beautifully maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the stunning view from the second floor — absolutely breathtaking! The host was responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Perth!

Loved the area! H was an excellent host and very accommodating. The place is perfect for a couple or young family! Walking distance from Cafe's shops and the train line. 2 minute walk from the Woodbridge Hotel (one of my favourite pubs in Perth)

Jenny's place was cozy and well equipped with a wide variety of amenities, which made us feel right at home. She was also very responsive to our inquiries and prompt to pop by with anything we needed. Grateful for the portable heater she sent over and the step stools for my kid.

The location is super close to the airport and within 15-20mins drive to the CBD. The house has everything you need and honestly the pictures that Dayo posted on his listing doesn’t do justice to the entire home - it’s huge and way beyond my expectations. We had a great time staying here while in Perth city. House was comfortable for a big group like ours. The only setback was the rubbish bins outside were already full when we arrived, and they only clear it on Friday. Other than that everything else was ok.

Awesome location. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Supermarkets like Coles and Woolworths are a short drive away. The house is very quaint. Everything works well. All amenities listed were available, in ample quantities and in good working order. Beds and seats were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

The property was exactly as described. The host was so quick to respond and so accommodating. It is a beautiful, private and so close to everything. We would definitely love to stay again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Brad’s apartment and would absolutely love to return in the future. The place was not only clean and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full set of kitchen appliances. The coffee machine was an especially nice bonus that made our mornings even better. My two kids adored the apartment—they felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We came as a family of five including a toddler. The place has included baby cot and baby chair which is very convenient for us. A 3 min walk to Westfield Carousel which has everything I need for groceries, shopping and eateries. The hosts are super friendly and responsive to our queries and our stay has been very satisfactory. Will find them again when I visit Perth !

What a fabulous apartment, with a great view of the Swan River. And also comes with free parking - a rarity in the CBD. Everything was silky smooth with our stay, and the lead-up to our stay. The owner even offered us a complimentary late check-out. The apartment was fantastic and our beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. The place was super quiet, and the apartment overall was top-notch. Would stay again without hesitation. Thank you.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Highly recommended, place was private, secure and immaculate. Mike and Luka where very responsive to any of our needs especially when we asked to check out late due to flight delays. Thougherly recommended Lyrics Pad especially if you enjoy live music as the hosts also have a bar restaurant, and underground bar with live music on certain nights. Chilled vibe good people will be back again.

I corresponded with co-host Rosemary. She was extremely responsive and kind. The unit was great - we felt right at home the minute we stepped in. Love her kitchen and everything else in the house - tastefully decorated and extremely functional. There were more than enough pots, plates, cutleries and blankets, towels, pillows. Every electrical item was working well. It has been an awesome stay!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
