It enjoys fabulous panoramic, elevated, uninterrupted ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and out onto the 30ft long balcony, where there are sun loungers and a dining table and chairs to enjoy Al fresco dining at its very best. It is accessed through it's own front door up a staircase adjacent to a private parking space.

SUITABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR COUPLES ONLY. Low Tide is a light open plan space with it's own access and parking (one vehicle no bigger than estate) in the vibrant village of Braunton. Perfectly located in the centre of the village, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and our local beach, Saunton Sands, is just 2.5 miles away. Great for surfing and days out. Low Tide is a great base to discover the beauty of North Devon.

Only 10 minute's drive from Barnstaple and 20 from Ilfracombe, with beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough, too. The apartment is a mile from the Tarka Trail (the most popular cycle route in the country). It is set in lovely grounds with a private balcony and a comfortable living area (sofa, armchairs and a large TV). The kitchen and dining area has an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher.
