This charming historic home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house located blocks from Lee University in the Historic District of Cleveland. It is 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water Center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is a fully stocked kitchen, front porch, back deck patio with fire pit and privacy fence for the pups. Snacks and waters are available upon arrival as well.

The house is just 2 miles away from the interstate, restaurant, movie theater & shopping. Off of the main road in a quiet older subdivision. Great stop over if traveling I-75. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.

Welcome to our place. It's nestled in the heart center of Cleveland, Tn in a secured and quiet neighborhood. It is close to everything , like Lee University (8 mins), OCI (3mins), Ocoee River (21mins), YMCA (5mins), restaurant and shopping stores. As you wake up in the morning you will feel good vibe of the day as each room is facing the east (meaning where the sun arises), we also have a nice patio at the back where you can seat in our sling chair.

This pet friendly 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome has everything! It offers a cozy living room, stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, screened in patio, & 2 parking spaces. The upstairs balcony is currently under revision & cannot be used. Both bedrooms offer large closets & Roku TVs. Both bedrooms have Queen size beds. On the same road as OCI & minutes from Lee U & I-75. If you need more space for guests ask about our 3 adjacent units.

Charming 4-bedroom log cabin in a peaceful country setting, sleeping up to 12 guests. Enjoy the wraparound porch with rocking chairs, a Traeger smoker, and a fire pit with free firewood. Inside, find air hockey, ping pong, a poker table, board games, and a kitchenette in the game room. High-speed internet and a full kitchen upstairs add comfort. Perfect for relaxation or fun, this cozy retreat has it all!

Cardin Manor

A cozy one bedroom/one bath apartment located in a nice quiet neighborhood just 6 miles from Cleveland. Not too far from Lee University, shopping, and restaurants. Centrally located for visits to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Chattanooga. Or a quiet place to come home to if you're traveling on business. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
