Cabin vacation rentals in Clearwater Lake

The basecamp cabin, with its fireplace and hot tub, made for a relaxing and peaceful winter getaway. It is spacious, cozy, and clean. The surrounding camp was quiet and peaceful, but I imagine it would be busy in the summer, as Sam Baker park is right down the road and there are small cabins and camping surrounding the property. The camp has trails to the lake and the nearby St. Francis river to explore, and the night sky was great for stargazing. The camp lodge has a small store and very helpful staff. The beds weren't very supportive, but were warm and clean. Lesley was a responsive host.

Wonderful hidden gem. The theme and property were amazing. Private and secluded. A great place to go to unwind or celebrate. Highly recommended.

So thankful for this getaway! We got some time away from the kids and enjoyed this sweet cabin and the amenities. I left my wedding band and they graciously mailed it to me. Very satisfied with staying here! The river was too high to float but I’m sure it will be lovely next year when we come a little closer to the summer season. Blessings!

The cabin was perfect for our family. we had room to spread out, relax and take in the surroundings. The hot tub, extra towels and griddle were awesome additions and we really enjoyed staying here. Sandy was great, we talked activities for kids and families and she provided a pack n play for my son. I will definitely recommend this cabin and campground!

This was by far the best airbnb we've stayed in. The place was clean and felt like home. We needed to unwind and the view was absolutely beautiful. They thought of everything. Bug spray, flashlights, all the utensils needed for cooking on a grill or stove, and etc. This place was perfect for a couple who are looking to leave the world behind and unwind. The check in process was super easy. The day of travel I received directions, which got us to location with no problems. Also, if you forget something there is a neighborhood Walmart 8 minutes away. We will without a doubt be back. I would give ten stars but only go to five.

My partner and I came for a long weekend getaway and it was perfect! The lake was beautiful, Lesley and the lodge staff were very friendly, and the hot tub was so nice to have access to. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking another stay at least once a year if not more. Thank you! 😊

Very peaceful and private location yet conveniently located in town for everything! The amenities were great including ceiling fans, both bedrooms and individual pedestal fans for personal use. Air conditioning worked great. Wonderful back deck with great views of nature. The hot tub was great after a long day of fun! We will definitely rent again!

Wonderful home and wonderful host. Our kids LOVED this place. Private and quiet and plenty big enough for a large family. Easy drive to Poplar Bluff and Dexter. Well stocked with everything you could possibly need and an amazing deck. We will be back!

A great little cabin , so quiet and peaceful. We wanted to get away from it all and it was perfect place to do so . We really enjoyed the stay . Wonderful wildlife around the cabin got some nice pictures. Great host very responsive and friendly. Clean cabin . Would definitely stay again .

This place is absolutely beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. My daughter and I spent two nights, but would have loved to stay more. The cabin was immaculately clean, comfortable, cheerful and just lovely! We had our two dogs with us and the grounds were perfect for walking them. The surroundings are gorgeous and quiet. You feel like you are way out in the country, but town is one minute away. We stay in a lot of B&Bs and this one was by far the cleanest and most well-kept we’ve ever stayed in. We had a great time staying at this place. It is extremely clean & put together. If you’re on the porch it’s pretty secluded but you do hear cars coming up the road & the other cabin is fairly close to the other side. Also make sure you have a vehicle with 4wd. We went through a few spots with fairly deep water since it had just rained and the incline getting there can be tough when it’s wet.

We had a wonderful weekend at the cabin celebrating my birthday with my parents and my husband. The place is even more beautiful than the photos — surrounded by nature, peaceful, and full of thoughtful details that make the stay incredibly cozy and comfortable. We saw fireflies, deer, frogs, and even went swimming in the river. Everything is so well taken care of, and you can truly feel the love that went into creating this space. It was one of the most special birthdays I’ve ever had. Thank you, Dustin, for sharing this little paradise with us! We hope to come back soon.

We loved our time at Donna’s place! We felt right at home and it had so much quintessential lake cabin charm. Great location - close to the lake, but we spent most of our time fishing at Mingo and Duck Creek. It was HOT outside during our stay, and the cabin was the perfect respite for our summer mini-vacay! The hideaway was perfect for us! Very cozy and well decorated. There was a storm going through the area and Lauren checked in to make sure we were okay. We loved the property and highly recommend!

A nice cabin in a beautiful setting. Great location if you like a location that is tucked away and peaceful. The cabin itself is set up very nicely and the host was very thoughtful to ensure you are comfortable during your stay with their accommodations and amenities.

The cabin was perfect for what we needed. We ordered fire wood and Justin had it waiting when we arrived:) My only warning is of the train pull off, with younger kids they got very scared the first time, it gets loud and clanky. But after the intial scare, it was fine and had no problems sleeping through the night. Beds are very comfy.

It was a great little cabin for our weeks stay during deer season. It was nice to be able to cook some food and have a hot shower every evening. The cabin was well stocked and comfortable. It would also be a great place for a family to stay when visiting the lake.

We wanted a place close to family, found it, only problem was you could hear the big trucks go by at 4 in the morning. And my dog did not like the floor, to slippery, so we went and bought a couple of runner rugs so he could move around. Other than that all was good. We never went fishing nor into the game room, to busy visiting family. Only slept and used washer and dryer. Next time we will bring fishing poles and something to cook out with on grill. Very cozy little cabin! Perfect for my night before a hike.

We had the best experience at this cabin. Our host communicated about changes in river access due to weather and offered a full refund if we decided to cancel, and also provided a backup access point to us. Was accommodating for an extra vehicle and allowed flexibility with check in/check out. The area was beautiful and the cabin was perfect, exactly as pictured. We would recommend this location to anyone and would absolutely pick this spot again.

Home was beautiful, it rained most of our stay and river was flooded but had an amazing time playing cards on the back deck and enjoying the views.

Jerry is a great host and person. I would recommend this property to anyone interested going to the area. We will be back !
