The host was very communicative and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I appreciate the communication and efficiency. It was a beautiful home with beautiful views. It was great for a quick get away in nature. We loved the hot tub and looking out on the horizon. The home was stocked with everything that we would have needed for appliances and linens. Thank you for a great, memorable weekend!

My husband and my friends and I come down every few months for their band gigs and stay in an AirBnB. This, by far, was the most PERFECT one we’ve had to date. It felt like we were at home and when you have to travel a lot, that’s a nice feeling. It’s close to the activities in Hochatown, but also extremely private. It was great.

Nice cozy place, the hot tub could use some work done to it but it works. The showerhead needs to be replaced. Comfy beds and we got to enjoy watching some deer around the property.

The O'Quinn was an excellent spot to hold a small deer camp. The Three Rivers WMA was just a couple minutes from the home. We saw deer sign everywhere. The kids with us enjoyed the hot tub and the space was perfect for us. We had plenty of room and the amenities were just as described. Our group hopes to return in the future. The spot was the best value and location we found by far.

Beautiful, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. The hostess is very sweet and accommodating. The cabin was roomy, very clean, and well stocked.

This has got to be me of the most beautiful lake resorts I’ve ever been to. The cabin is nice- accurately described and adequately stocked, comfortable beds, excellent private porch, private trails to a lake as still and wild as can be, hosts friendly vibe is very contagious and other guests were super cool also. The resort’s origin story adds to its charm- suffice it to say these guys tee it up for you as if sharing the best part of themselves. It’s literally made of love! Long live the wilderness resort! I’ll definitely come back- already been telling friends.

This is the second time I have stayed at Janet’s house and it did not disappoint. Janet was fantastic with communications, even sending me a message when I left an item behind and offered to mail it back to me. Great host and house, will look here again for future travel!

We greatly enjoyed our girls trip getaway weekend at Holly's cabin. There was plenty of room for all of us, and we felt right at home and very welcomed. Holly is very quick to respond and made sure we had everything. We wanted a place to relax, before the chaos of the holidays, and this cottage was the perfect place to do that. I highly recommend these cabins/cottages to anyone looking for a place to unwind, unplug, and refocus yourself, while having fun. Looking forward to booking again in the near future. My parents stayed at Amy’s place and they enjoyed the birds, and nature all around the property. The only minor issue was there was not enough toilet paper/papertowels/ bird seed and the number we were given to call never returned our call.

We Loved everything about this Cozy Cottage! it was close to everything yet also secluded at the same time. from the time we booked to when we checked in, everything was amazing! the Hosts Mike and Becky were responsive and helpful every step of the way. this felt like home away from home to us! the amenities were great, the only things we had to buy were the food we were going to eat that night and breakfast the next morning. We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away and relax!

The cottage was lovely! Cozy, comfy, great beds, gorgeous landscape! It was the perfect place to watch the eclipse, right in the front yard! Loved everything about this rental, and cannot recommend them highly enough! The owner was very kind and went above and beyond for us!

Stayed with Family for a birthday weekend. We loved the ponds and all the wildlife. We enjoyed fishing and relaxing. The shower was great! Everything was comfortable and cozy.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay! We went to TAC at the state park & will definitely be back to this home if it’s available! We used the fire pit and brought our own wood but they had everything else needed for the stay.
