Kevin’s house is beautiful. Everything you could want in a mountain retreat. The location is peaceful and close enough to Clayton while still feeling far away. It’s a great place to relax. Kevin is an excellent host. Always responsive. His place should not be missed.

Retreat at the Ridge | Designer Chic Mountain Home

SamRating, 5 stars1 day ago
My sons and I spontaneously decided to head to the mountains for some rafting and other activities. This property perfectly suited our group. It was beautifully decorated, spacious, immaculately clean, peaceful, and well appointed for comfort with every need anticipated. The views were beautiful and there were plenty of spaces for the group to spread out and relax. Erica was a very friendly, proactive, professional host that responded quickly to any inquiry and offered local recommendations. This property is great for a variety of group types but it served as a wonderful basecamp for our family. We slept great in the comfy beds and peaceful location, we gathered for movies and popcorn each night, and just had a great time. We would definitely return for another stay and highly recommend this property and this host to those planning a trip to this beautiful area.

The Cottage on Hamby Street

Very friendly and helpful host who is all but a walking itinerary for the surrounding area. Speaking of everything in the surrounding area is walkable downtown has restaurants, bars and shops some with cool hidden games:) and it is overall a very friendly small town. On top of that it is less than 30 minutes away from about 5 state/national parks including tallulah gorge and 10 minutes from black rock and various lakes, a “beach” , and hiking areas with small streams and waterfalls.

Honey Creek Hideaway

NathanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Absolutely loved the cabin and the property. It was a great very private location but not to far from restaurants or the outdoors. The cabin was the perfect home base for our fly fishing trip! Peggy & Kevin were amazing host, very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and included some complimentary State Park pass (definitely useful with all the parks by) and goodies. 5 Star host for sure! I will definitely be back for my next fly fishing trip. Thank you for the hospitality and being amazing host. Ps: the honey they harvested was delicious well worth it.

Rabun Gap Reverie-Fenced-In Backyard Near Clayton!

ConnieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This is the perfect setting for getting some quiet time. Also, close to all shopping. Visited Black Mountain. Just a 2 minute rise. I strongly recommend this get-away for a couple. Or, a couple with 2 children. Warning…. Please use caution when using the steps to the upstairs. Maureen states this in her message.
