Monthly Rentals in Claymont

I stayed here for four months and this place was such a a good find!! The host, Stephanie, is awesome. she's very responsive, kind, and helpful! this Airbnb is fur friendly and I had my two dogs over periodically. the dogs had no trouble making themselves at home here. there are several dog parks nearby and there is also a lawn out front and in the back which helps for potties. the coin-operated laundry machines were in the basement and they worked really well. it was nice not to have to go to a Laundromat. There are several restaurants nearby and the highway is 2 minutes away which makes this place very accessible. All appliances and amenities were available as noted and worked well. there were truly no complaints at all. Stephanie is very approachable and helped me with reserving the Airbnb month by month since my travel situation was flexible. she is very considerate as well! despite there being adjacent and upstairs units, noise was not an issue. Definitely will stay again!!!

The house was very spacious, well stocked kitchen, huge bedroom. There were plenty snacks provided in the kitchen. The location is a nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy entrance into the house with a dedicated parking spot. As instructed, don’t follow your gps, use the provided instructions. Would definitely book the house again in the future.
