Great looking get-away house!

JeelRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Katherine’s place is well-maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. From toiletries and laundry essentials to an equipped kitchen, it truly feels like a home away from home. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee on the peaceful backyard porch, surrounded by nature. The location is great—just a short drive from Nashville, close to grocery stores, and about two hours from Mammoth Cave National Park and other scenic spots. We highly recommend this place! Overall, a fantastic stay!

Close to Downtown | APSU | F&M Arena | Ford Ice

DebbyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We enjoyed our stay at the home in Clarksville. The home does look like the pictures and the entire townhouse was very clean and had all we needed for the month. The basement bonus room was useful and the fact that each bedroom has their own on suite was great as well. We appreciated the garage, quiet and safe surroundings, as well as the grill and deck. It is a short walk to historic downtown which includes a couple steep hills, but it is worth it. The overall location was a convenient starting point to other places in both Kentucky and Nashville area. Stephen was a proactive and responsive host.

Spacious | 4BR Boho | Family + Pet Friendly

ChristopherRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We only stayed one night as this was a stop along the way for us, but I wish it would have been longer. The house was spacious, the neighborhood was clean and quiet, and the overall experience was amazing. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. It looks just like the pictures and Jacob is an amazing and communicative host. There are some stairs to the upstairs and downstairs spaces, I only mention this in case anyone is concerned with that. this was one of the most thoughtful Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in, each area with stairs has baby gates for safety. You’ll love it here whether you stay a day or a week.

New Modern Home near Nashville

DianeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The unit was close to I24 exit so easy to get around and to an assisted living I was visiting. Close to stores as well. The townhouse stairs feel a bit steep so those with walking issues MAY find that an issue. Appliances were like new as well as all linens. Plenty of towels were provided! The home is newly built and exactly as depicted in the pictures. We are already planning a return trip!

Todd's Place in Downtown (638 Madison St, #5)

CamilleRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Perfect place for us! We were visiting family in Clarksville and attending a high school graduation at Austin Peay University. Julian's place was seven minutes from the university and only a 12-minute drive to my brother's home. It was the perfect location! The place was extremely comfortable and spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, WiFi worked well, and parking was right outside the front door. Julian and Rick were quick to respond before we arrived and during our stay. If you are going to be in Clarksville or nearby, I highly recommend Julian's place! We will definitely go back!! Thank you for such a great stay!

Private 1 bedroom efficiency apt

EdwardRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

Studio-Above Craft Coffee Shop, Downtown, By APSU

RavenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Stayed here for a few nights—pretty clean space, comfortable bed (which is rare!), and a super responsive host. Location was decent and overall a pleasant stay. Only downside was parking; the lot was full a few nights, so I had to find alternatives. Also, as a female staying alone, walking down a dark alley to get to the unit at night might be a safety concern for some. Not a big deal for me, but worth noting. Would still recommend!

Amazing stay! Stayed during CMA Fest week and it was super walkable (a little more than a mile) to all CMA Fest activities and Nissan stadium. The property was quiet, clean, and just as described. Cute Cottage Apartment Downtown

DarrenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Helping our first trip to Nashville be the memorable experience it turned out to be was having a comfortable base camp like this to operate from. Easy to find and just a short uber ride from everything we wanted to see — including many trips downtown — it felt very much like our home away from home. The pay-it-forward refreshments already waiting in the fridge when we got there (drinks left behind from other guests) was a fun touch, which we also then contributed towards when we left. The well-stocked kitchen and open living room space was perfect for whipping up a meal after a grocery run, or just unwinding after a long day of sight-seeing, live music-listening, and exploring Broadway. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and the bathroom had everything we needed. We even sat on the back deck for a while one day and soaked up some sun. Ray and Connie were delightful and responsive hosts, who were also offering to help us with anything we needed. Thank you for the warm hospitality.
