This home was as described, had plenty of room, and was comfortable. It has the necessities for a good stay. Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. Good value considering how many guests the house can accommodate. The neighborhood is large, but quiet.

Absolutely perfect Airbnb! Walkable to so much and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Alberto was highly responsive and made sure our stay was excellent. Firewood was provided for the fire pit which was a great touch! Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Louisville.

I stayed at Benjamin’s place for the Derby this year with friends, and we had an amazing time! The house is beautiful and so well decorated. It was perfect and one of my favorite Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Thank you so much, Benjamin! We will be back :) also loved how dog friendly it was - our 2 small poodles had the time of their life!

Great spot for a stay in Louisville. Jason was a great host and provided tons of details about the house. I would recommend staying here if you come to Louisville.

Anne was friendly and helpful. She supplied so many extras that there was something in each room to make you smile, from a S'mores kit to robes and slippers, and extra shampoo and body wash. We were able to use the fire pit and felt comfy and at home during our stay.

This was a great space for us while visiting for a graduation. We appreciated the excellent communication and it was just a great space with room to gather and hang out. The kitchen is well-equipped and everything was very clean and comfortable.

Great stay at Julie’s place. Had everything we needed plus extras in case we forgot something like shampoos and soaps. Nice living room away from the bedrooms so I could stay up and watch tv and not disturb my family. Close to all kinds of restaurants and stores as well as interstates for traveling across town.

Stayed just one night when in town for a high school graduation. Very close to the KY expo area. Quiet neighborhood.

We had an incredible time at this Airbnb! The heated pool was a total highlight— it did not disappoint! It was perfect for our whole family, with plenty of space for everyone to splash around and have fun. The property itself was spacious and comfortable, making our family celebration truly special. We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy to get to, nice little balcony, very clean, uncluttered. Bed was comfortable and there were extra linens. In fact, we are hoping to stay again this summer. Laura’s house was exactly what we needed – perfect in every way. It was conveniently located near our job site, and everything worked flawlessly, especially during the heavy snowstorm we experienced. Although the snowstorm caused some delays on our project, Laura was incredibly responsive and helped us adjust our reservation without any hassle. We truly appreciate all her assistance and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this home!

We were very satisfied with our stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to restaurants and close to Louisville. The house is modern, well-updated, and equipped with everything you might need. We especially enjoyed the private backyard and fire pit, which made for a relaxing evening setting. It’s a perfect spot for families or anyone visiting the area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the adorable, clean, very QUIET, welcoming and well-stocked studio unit. Perfect location for walking to great restaurants, the river trails, coffee houses, eclectic shops and other delightful and historic sites in New Albany . My visit was so much fun that I am returning soon for an extended stay in a larger unit! Lindsay was super responsive and helpful. Great hosts! Grateful that my impromptu trip was made so special by my lucky discovery of this lovely Airbnb!

The property was just as it is listed. We had an enjoyable, spacious, and comfortable stay. Great location, clean property, and very cute neighborhood. The game room/garage offered great entertainment for my family.
