Tucked at the end of a cul-de-sac, this well-kept 1-bedroom unit is in a second building in the back yard of our home. There is a studio apartment upstairs that is also an Air B&B that sleeps 4. If you’re looking for something quiet, exceptionally clean, close to LMU (5 min) and Cumberland Gap (10 min), this is it!

Water is currently at full pool (read “Guest Access” info for seasonal water levels). Hot Tub on main house deck open year round for guests. Seasonal use of kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, & swim floats on site. Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals available at nearby marinas. Hosts live in main house, but you likely won’t see them.
