great stay, my wife and our daughter (two years old) were great. The location was well cared for and essential, the location a few steps from the sea and the evocative garden made available. Thank you Giulio!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Thank you Piero for sharing your special home!

Massimo is an excellent and responsive host. He is very friendly and goes above and beyond for guests. His apartment is immaculate, well-decorated, spacious, and in an incredible location. We have had many wonderful AirBnB stays, but Massimo and this apartment stand out as one of the best hosts and one of the best places we have stayed in. I highly recommend this place!

Luxury in The Jungle

MaximilianRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed in the villa as a group of six after our city trip to Rome, and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything was. The host exceeded all expectations—friendly, attentive, and always checking in to see if we needed anything. We even received welcome drinks and some ingredients to cook pasta, which was a lovely touch. The villa was spotless and fully equipped. It had a large pool in the front and a smaller one with a whirlpool in the back—perfect for relaxing after sightseeing in the city. The host also allowed us a late check-out, as our flight was in the evening, and even arranged a shuttle to the airport for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. The service, comfort, and overall experience were outstanding. We would 100% recommend this villa and would love to stay here again!

Barbara and her son met us when we arrived and were extremely helpful. The location is central to the restaurants and attractions. Barbara was kind enough to help us get a car on the day of our departure. Highly recommend this home.

The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

Very cool place to stay right on the edge of a cliff in Civita di Bagnoregio. The view was amazing, the kitchen was great for cooking, and we used the small patio every night for dinner and drinks. The small town is great explore in the evening once the day-trippers clear out. A really different and memorable experience!

The Castle of Ronciglione

CassieRating, 5 stars8 months ago
An incredible stay at a truly unique location. The castle itself was very beautiful, although finding where to meet someone to check in was confusing. We loved walking around the town and ate at several delicious restaurants in town. We felt like locals and loved seeing a less touristy side of Italy.
