Monthly Rentals in Civiglio

Our vacation here was fantastic. You just can't get enough of the breathtaking view over Como and the lake (on good days even to Milan) from the balcony. In the evening, it is pleasantly quiet in Brunate and you escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Nevertheless, the city is quite easily accessible by funicular (about 20 minutes on foot). Paola welcomed us warmly! The apartment is well equipped and there were even a few groceries, so we could cook pasta right in the evening and drink coffee in the morning without shopping. Everything is really right here: super friendly hosts in the house, a quiet relaxed place with the best view and yet well connected by the funiculars for every imaginable excursion (Como, Milano, Bellagio,... or just a day of swimming at the lake). This apartment is amazing, a big, bright open space with a garden which is truly to be admired. The outside space has incredible views, is very well maintained and will be somewhere you will want to spend a lot of time with a bottle of wine! Really recommend.

Very pleasant stay

Great location if you are looking for a calmer place with easy access to Como and other surrounding cities. Clean apartment with access to everything you need and a beautiful view from the balcony. Good contact with the owner. I definitely recommend it!
