Claudia's apartment is just like the photos, super clean and comfortable. Claudia is very friendly and is super attentive to anything you need, as she was with the coffee maker that didn't work and she brought us another one in less than 30 minutes. I recommend it 100%. The building is very safe and has its own private parking and access to the square. 10/10

We loved the apartment!! Super comfortable and clean!!! Also, a lot of security inside the tower, highly recommended for staying near the Arena Mty and Citybanamex auditorium, you can walk there. Araceli was always attentive and responded very quickly to our questions. Of course I would stay there again!!!

Everything was excellent, Yuri was attentive to everything and recommended places to go. I recommend the accommodation and I would definitely stay again.

The stay exceeded expectations, the area is very good, it is quiet to walk during the day and night, it is close to other shopping centers and places to visit. Within the area there are places to have fun, drink a coffee or just hang out and walk around the place with the advantage of returning to the accommodation quickly and at any time. The view from the room is amazing, as well as every part of it, I would return at another time without thinking.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this apartment. It's comfortable, clean, and safe. We felt at home. Araceli is very helpful and it is very easy to communicate with her if we have any questions. 100% recommended.

I chose the accommodation because of the proximity of the Monterrey Arena and it was amazing, they treated us well at reception, a very safe place, the accommodation was very comfortable, pleasant and faithful to the publication, too bad it was only one night, but I will consider this accommodation again.

Great place to stay! Ivan and his team always try to go above and beyond to communicate and assist you in everyway. The property is bigger than I was expecting, and with all the amenities that the building and the location has to offer, it was an AMAZING stay and I would definitely recommend it. Looking forward for our next trip to MTY.

We were a group of 4 people for work, the building is beautiful, the accommodation is just like the photos, it has everything you need to be comfortable. We were able to rest well in the beds and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It had a very nice balcony and the view of the parking lot was very nice. Downstairs we had access to a cafe with delicious breakfasts. We were close to downtown and could walk to get to know it a little. I recommend it ample. We will definitely be back! Rodolfo was very friendly and helped us with the instructions.

Very comfortable, with much needed items. Ideal for rest. The only thing I didn't like was that you could not use grills or entertainment room ( a room with a large TV to watch a soccer match per ejem and Pool table) for exclusive use of the owners and it was not clarified

Carlos Eduardo is the best! He was an excellent communicator from start to finish, making check-in and our stay completely smooth. The Airbnb itself was cozy, clean, and just right for a relaxing getaway. We loved how much there was to do nearby—plenty of food, fun, and local spots to explore. It’s the kind of place we’d definitely come back to, especially with the whole family. Highly recommend!

I had a pleasant stay in Monterrey, the apartment was comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet. I had some issues with the smart lock, but they fixed it quickly and effectively. I recommend this place.

The places close to a lot of things I recommend going to the little 80s bar nearby. Also the coffee at the coffee places they have in the building is awesome. The place is small. It’s for a small family.perfect get away
