As for the unit, sakto lang for a family of 4. complete amenities. pwede mag luto, may ref inside, may elec kettle, may hot shower. towels and toiletries were provided too. and malinis yung unit pag dating namin. madami din piilows. As for the host, Miciel is very accommodating. Responsive. kami nga yung di naka reply agad. nag text sya sa cp. mag send din ng reminders before check in and check out of the unit.

Sir Albert is very responsive to my inquiries, especially when it comes to providing directions to the location. The place itself is perfect for two people, particularly couples. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils, allowing you to cook whenever you like. Additionally, the WiFi is strong, making it ideal for anyone who works from home or is a freelancer. I highly recommend it! 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a pleasant stay in Ms Mary Ann's unit and most of our requests have been quickly responded. The place was clean, cozy and in perfect location. Check-in was easy as well. I highly recommend!

Pros: Good location, responsive host, clean airbnb, free parking. Host gave a discount for one addtl headcount which i thought was nice Love the entertainment options available for kids. Cons: place is ideal for 4 ppl or less, otherwise it can already feel too cramped. But if you’re just using the place for sleep, 5 ppl would fit no problem.

Stayed at Casa Calivil for the second time around. Mikha and Jeric, the hosts who became our friends and dear financial advisors, exerted effort to surprise us with a thoughtful gift. I was with my husband and daughter. We absolutely love the ambiance of the place that’s why we came back. It truly feels like a home away from home.

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

The unit is cozy, stylish, and inviting. I especially love that it’s on the 5th floor, with a balcony that overlooks the clubhouse, offering a peaceful and relaxing view. It’s even more stunning when it rains and the fog rolls in. The lighting inside is perfect for taking great photos. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing a free hair blower. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future!

Quite possibly the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Tagaytay. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. The place was spotless when we arrived. It looks even better in person. We didn’t need anything during our stay as all amenities listed were present and Ms. Yen was able to provide us with the necessary instructions prior to check-in. The caretaker was very kind too and even offered to take our photos. Thank you, we can’t wait to be back.

We were only 4 but the place could have easily fit a maximum of 6 adults. We also loved that our stay came with a lot of complimentary gifts from the host. Water, soda, and chips are also available for a fee inside the unit in case you arrived empty-handed. A supermarket, Starbucks, and a few restaurants are located at the property. The best feature for me is the lovely outdoor seating - perfect for breakfast with family with a view of Taal Lake. To improve, we hope the host can install shower heater because it gets cold in the morning. Overall, a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is situated in a very convenient spot. Lots of Pet-friendly restaurant nearby. The place is very peaceful. I enjoyed reading at the balcony while listening to the sound of the forest beneath. Worth what we paid for. 😊

Host was very precise with instructions and very friendly. The place was very relaxing and my whole family enjoyed the stay and rested well. Food was also very convenient if you dont have the time to go out. They have very affirdable meals available. We rested very well in our 3 days 2 nights stay. Definitely one of the bests unit stayed in. True to life photos. Has beautiful taal view and noticed also how unit seem to be bigger compared to others we stayed before in wind. clean, organized and has pretty interiors and furnitures.

It’s our second time on this place, room and bathroom is always clean as usual. Also enjoyed cooking our meals here since they provide complete set of cooking tools. We would love to be back again at this place soon.
