Worth the stay!

We had a great stay at the condo! The property is clean and the host is very accommodating. She provided a crib for my little one. The rooms are very nice and spacious with tvs in each. Loved everything about this rental. Just keep in mind, if you’re getting dropped off in front of the condo with your luggages, there will be lots of stairs to climb and the staff won’t be able to assist you. I suggest getting dropped off by landers on either side of the building to avoid stairs. Would stay here again!

The facility is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in the Philippines. The gym and pool are incredible reception make things very easy for packages with stunning views. AC is perfect temperature. Water is clean and the washer is convenient. I very highly recommend this place as well as Kim is an incredible host. We will be back.

We stayed here for 7 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean unit. Fast internet. Lots of restaurants available because it’s right across Southwoods mall. The check-in was easy and accommodation is in a very safe area. Joseph, the co-host was very responsive and very friendly. We would definitely book this place again in the future.

This place is awesome! Very peaceful and quiet. It definitely looked liked the pictures. The massive tv is a bonus if you like to binge-watch or to Netflix and chill. The host is very responsive . Kudos to them on resolving a minor problem with the rice cooker since it’s not working when we tried it and voila! They sent another one that we can use! We really had a great time relaxing and chilling on this place. For sure we would comeback again here!

This unit is very clean, spacious, and has all the amenities one would need for a short stay. WiFi speed is commendable. The balcony is bigger than the ones in the other Prisma units I've stayed in. Sir Ross is also a great host--very quick to respond and accommodating even of last-minute request. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

We had a wonderful experience at Rommel's place. The unit was exactly as described and all available amenities were in working order. We appreciate how clean the unit was along with the peace & quiet that comes with it. We highly recommend this listing to anyone needing a relaxing and comfortable staycation.

My son said it was a "luxurious" place. It was child-friendly and has games to entertain them. We had a great stay and we felt very safe. The place smells nice and all appliance were working. It was easy to do grocery at a nearby supermarket. Malls were walking distance and has a 24/7 convenience store nearby. Ronald was quick to respond to our queries and was very friendly. Looking forward to book the place for our next visit.

This has become our favorite spot, especially my kids’. The place was clean, with fresh linens and a light, pleasant scent when you walk in that made it feel welcoming. It’s a quiet spot, which we really appreciated, and the location is convenient, close to shops and essentials. Honestly, one night didn’t feel like enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! The place was super clean, in a peaceful and beautiful area. I got to do everything I wanted–walk, hike, and just enjoy nature. The vibe was perfect. Big TV, fast Wi-Fi, comfy space, and the host was really responsive too. I’m so happy I picked this Airbnb. Loved everything about it.

Poncia was a responsive host. She answered all our questions before check in promptly. Check in was smooth and we are happy that Poncia granted us with a late check out. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay in Poncia’s house.

Honney is a fantastic host and their place was wonderful. Her communication was great and she was quite accommodating within reason. Very proactive — helpful, and I believe that unit was a reflection of that dedication because it was great. Its appliances and design alike. I really enjoyed this place and absolutely will try it again someday because this was one of those stays where I left with a sense of appreciation, thank you!

We have checked in quite a few times over the years at Crosswinds and Melai’s place is definitelt one of my top three! Situated on the ground floor, it’s easy to haul in your luggage and makes checking in with kids and pets so much easier! Only issue we had is that there was an internet outage when we checked in and there is NO available mobile signal inside the unit. NONE for all 3 we have - Globe, Smart and GOMO and also na backup internet. So if you are particular with that, just be aware because internet outage is out of the control of the host’s nor Crosswinds. Other than that we had a stress free stay!

The place is huge, relaxing and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place to my friends 😊 The host is responsive and kind. Thank you Sir Jose, till next time 😊

This airbnb has everything! Walking distance to SM Santa Rosa. Friendly guards. The hosts are also responsive to inquiries. Clear instructions were given. Fresh linen and towels. Clean bathroom. They also provide slippers for you to wear inside the unit. The neighborhood is also quiet. Fast internet. You can also enjoy watching netflix. I can’t wait to book this unit again soon!
