Its my second stay here, because I enjoyed my first stay so much. it has everything you need in an airbnb, restaurants across the road, grocery store behind, malls just a 10 minute drive away, as well as a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Overall a 5 star stay. thanks again 😊

I stayed for a month in this 1BR condo and had a fantastic experience. The place was super comfortable, with a great view that I never got tired of. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive—any questions I had were answered quickly. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay!

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

We had an amazing experience staying at this place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had all the amenities. The location was perfect—quiet and safe, but still close to restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport. Also, Alvin and Joel were very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to stay in Makati.

Overall, we had a wonderful staycation in this lovely abode! Staying on the 17th floor offered a cool ambiance and stunning views, making the experience even more special. We had the best time staying here! The purpose of our trip was to have a surprise proposal for our friend's girlfriend at the rooftop, and the host made it all possible. We rented a room and the rooftop, and everything went perfectly. The place felt so homey and comfortable. There are so many stores nearby, so it was super easy to grab anything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.

Loved the place! Super maaliwalas tingnan and spacious din. Easy to access din from SM North. Our stay was short but we'd definitely love to go back.

Patrick was a very accomodating host and the property was able to accomodate our team building participants. Kitchen and bathroom supplies are complete and the pool was clean and refreshing. The property was accessible and there's plenty of convenience stores nearby. Definitely a quick getaway in the middle of the metro!

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

I’d love to commend the following: - The whole Airbnb is Air conditioned. - They are very responsive & helpful. - Wifi is fast, TV Apps has subscriptions, and working speakers + microphone. - Squeaky Clean in first floor - Many rooms & has a balcony. - CareTaker is really helpful & knowledgeable (take note, she’s new but will do anything she can to assist) A few downsides that the owner can improve on: - Some linens have visible blood stain - Water is poor (even the pool. It has strong chlorine/zonrox? idk. It will make your hair dry) That’s it. I think if you are looking for a place to stay/chill with your small barkada, I’ll recommend the place! Since it has all that you’ll need. But if you are looking for a resort, and all of you will swim.. You might want to check another bnb. But overall, our stay is enjoyable & unforgettable. The price is actually a great deal! Especially if you are going to consider all the amenities that you’ll get :)

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The unit was clean. Just a quick 10 to 12-minute drive to BGC and Venice Grand Canal Mall. There’s also a mall within the property, so everything you need is super convenient. Would recommend.

Loved the stay in Karlenn’s place. Location is amazing and is a short walk to a slew of restaurants. If you prefer to stay in, the kitchen is adequately equipped with cooking essentials. Wi-fi was fast and the unit has a number of streaming services available for you to utilize. Washing machine was also a big help. You can bring your spun-dry clothes to Laundrybest downstairs and they will dry them for you for about P150+ per load. Will definitely stay here again!
