The apartment is in a quiet location. I feel safe here. It's very well equipped with everything I need. Desserie is always there when I need help. I hope I can stay again.

It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

Thank you so much! we truly had a wonderful time during our stay! The place is spacious, super clean, and has such a warm, homey vibe it honestly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there. The furniture and amenities were all well-maintained and fully functional, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! The area felt very secure and was easy to get around, which gave us peace of mind. We also really appreciated the daily cleaning it kept the place fresh and neat throughout our stay. Overall, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

My family and I had a great time at Balai Pandi. We loved that the place allowed our fur babies to come along with us. They were allowed to freely roam the property and swim in the pool. Ate Kim and Kuya JR both made sure that we were comfortable and were on call in case we needed refills for things like toilet paper, dishwashing soap, and trash bags. The place itself is very spacious and it had everything we needed for a relaxing staycation. Only negative thing is that the kitchen was not very clean when we arrived, especially the refrigerator and freezer. The freezer was lined with dirty ice and a used spoon stuck into it. However, we were able to make do by lining the freezer with plastic bags so that we can store our food & ice. I would also suggest bringing insect repellent or bug spray, especially if you intend to hang out in the outdoor area throughout the day. Overall, we had a lovely stay in Balai Pandi and would love to come back for our next family staycat

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

Maera’s place is well-maintained. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including complimentary coffee and a variety of condiments for guests to use. She is very accomodating , responding quickly and efficiently to any questions and concerns. The place is very near SM Marilao (as in tatawid lang). If you’re watching concert in Philippine arena, it’s 30-40 mins drive. Overall, highly recommended. Will definitely book again in the future!

Awesome stay. I love how the place is quiet and bright. The neighborhood is also friendly and they make you feel safe. If you're also needing a few things, there's a store right below the unit, and there are a lot of food stalls available around the area. The house is also homey, great for people who are looking for a simple retreat or break.

Super clean, nice, and quiet Airbnb. Will book here again! Accessible to PH Arena even with commuting. If you don’t have a car, just go to SM Marilao trike terminal and you can ask them to take you to PH Arena :)

The place is recommended to everyone who needs peaceful staycation and quiet place to ponder. We booked his place because it is near in Phil Arena because we will watch the SB19 concert, so far, we never experienced hassle and traffic from coming and back at his place. Alan has his own parking so you will never get stressed where to park your car. Furbabies are welcome in his unit but make sure to diapers your furbabies to avoid messing the place. I hope next time there will be trashcan in the kitchen separated with the bathroom. Also, there is no microwave in his unit but there is a rangehood and induction cooker to heat or cook your own food, overall, the place is good and we will book again longer next time. Very affordable, neat, and convenient. They have complete appliances, toiletries, and condiments. All fabric are clean and smell good. Sarili mo na lang dadalhin mo (and food syempre). Malapit sa mga bilihan like wet market, groceries, and mall. ✨ Highly recommended esp sa mga budget friendly trips. 💯💯

The place is descent enough to stay overnight. Though the vibe of the whole area is not what I expected. Plus parking is too expensive. There’s a lot of small cockroaches all over so I guess that is the downside of this airbnb. Otherwise, host is very responsive and accomodating in all my inquiries especially on parking. She was vert considerate.

Mark is a friendly host, kind and very responsive to questions/concerns. There was a sudden changed to the room I booked, but made sure the one he replaced is better than the first one. My kids loved the room, felt like a high-tech room. We even extended for another day as appealed by my kiddos. I can say the 2 nights stay was 'sulit' and will certainly back for another great experience. Thank you, Mark!

5 star place near UP Diliman. We stayed for 5 days here. The condo is near to Ever Gotesco Mall so buying supplies are not a problem. Miss Jocelyn is very responsive, from booking to checking out, a hassle-free host indeed. And the deal breaker for me, FREE PARKING SPACE. Other hosts offer parking spaces for a price, which is quite expensive. The amenities are good, we managed to use the pool. But you need to book it early at the clubhouse as they limit the number of user to prevent overcrowding, which is nice cause we enjoyed our own space at the pool. The unit looks exactly at what you see on the photos. Clean, complete, cozy. Appliances are not a problem, we managed to cook our meals for 5 days without problems. A nice experience indeed!
