Hazel was an exceptional host! She provided clear instructions for seamless check-in and check-out. The house felt cozy and welcoming, and our kids had a blast in the pool. The air conditioning throughout the house ensured a comfortable stay. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as adding sponges for dishes and extra pots for reheating food, these were negligible compared to the overall excellent experience we had. We're grateful for Hazel's hospitality and would highly recommend this stay! Thank you so much!

Great place to stay in Manila, large space for 4 people and the host is very friendly.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

The place is clean and spacious. The host and staff are very kind and also responsive in the chat. They even accommodated my requests. I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. Overall, we enjoyed celebrating my birthday here. 😊 I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you very much! ♥️

Ms Rhoda is very responsive, you may send a message and she will respond right away. The place is clean so as the bathroom and the bedroom's airconditioning is good and cold too! Which is a plus cause we have two infants with us. Over all, the place is nice and we instantly felt at home. Thank you, Ms. Rhoda!

We had an amazing 2-night stay! The location was perfect, with many stores and great restaurants nearby. The place is safe, and I was able to run around the neighborhood. The house is impeccably clean with almost of the things we need. I'm a coffee lover, suggest providing a coffee maker :)

Staying at Loida’s place was really convenient and made our wedding prep easy and beautiful. The old house is well maintained and has a very homey vibe. The French windows and doors, the garden and the interiors of the house made it feel like home. The stay was comfortable with the ACU installed in the ground floor and each of the bedrooms. The host was also very sweet and thoughtful, who welcomed us with a gift for our wedding. The caretakers are also very kind and always ready to help. Almost like having your own grandma around. There was a small hiccup with the sleeping arrangements, but the owner promptly took care of it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a positive experience and we’d be happy to stay here again.

The place is great. My cousins and I enjoyed our stay there. The place is easy to find and the community is a guarded area. Nakakatuwa pa kasi the place is complete. Kumpleto sa pang luto, mag mga plates, glasses, and utensils, knives… highly recommended.

It’s located in a secure, gated community tucked away in the heart of Marikina city, which made it both peaceful and convenient. We chose this spot because it was centrally located near family members in the area. The check-in process was smooth, and Glenn’s clear instructions made it even easier. Although we encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, Glenn was quick to respond and resolve them. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Glenn’s place to any large families visiting the Philippines.

First off, Sherwin, the host was a joy to deal with. He is very accommodating even beyond the scope of normal hosting duties. He had helpful recommendations. The house is impeccable and the backyard being the best feature. Very enjoyable stay, we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Benny was kind enough to allow us an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Her sister, Dolly, warmly welcomed us and personally walked us through the features of the home. It was such a thoughtful touch that she had already turned on the AC and fans in all the rooms, making it comfortable from the moment we arrived and even left us welcome banana chips! The house itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed perfect for a group of four. We especially loved how open, clean, and free of hair, dust, or clutter everything was, with fresh linen and all AC units working perfectly. The location is also a huge plus: just 14 minutes from NAIA without traffic, which made our 5:45 AM international flight smooth and stress-free. Communication with Benny was easy and efficient from start to finish. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. Hopefully, we’ll be back again in the future!

We had a great stay at Lawrence's place! The place is spacious, clean, and maintained. It's conveniently located near a supermarket, which made it easy to grab groceries and essentials. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, making bfast meal prep a breeze. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Like any other Airbnb, there are a few minor things that could use fixing, but nothing that made our stay uncomfortable. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
