Very beautiful home with a lot of space for a small family looking for a getaway. It’s in a very safe area with the shops only around the corner which is very accessible. Andrew is a great host and responds quickly. I really enjoyed my stay here and I highly recommend this place!

Awesome place to stay for a comfortable time away with your family. The location is great, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. The highlight is certainly the backyard, the pool was great for cooling off and entertaining kids. We would stay here again.

Winne was good at communicating and the house certainly met our needs and was in a great location.

Andreys was an excellent option for my children and I! unfortunately it rained the whole time, but that can't be helped. what was a help was the central heating and a nice big bathtub! Very secure and very quiet. The kids loved the toys and games and books! Probably the best I have stayed in for school holidays with the kids! Thank you for the wonderful stay 😊

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

Jane, the host was there to greet us upon arrival. She was very helpful and accommodating in many ways. We had a slightly earlier check in time as we had children travelling with us. The house was very clean. Equipped with a fireplace and warm heaters. The linens and towels were very clean and off good quality. All the equipments worked well and were convenient to use. The outdoor patio had a retractable roof. It gave a unique airy vibe during the day and night. Highly recommended to dine on the patio. We had a lovely winter stay at this warm, well-located Innaloo home. The gas fireplace heated the whole house beautifully, and the property was tastefully decorated but free of clutter, with handy benches in each room to place belongings. The kitchen’s breakfast bar and the sheltered verandas were great for relaxing, especially while watching the rain. It's pet-friendly, with a secure, grassed yard perfect for a small dog. Just a short walk to Innaloo Shopping Centre and plenty of food options, many walkable. There are two car bays, though only one average-sized car fits comfortably. The house was spotless on arrival. A key consideration: it's close to Scarborough Beach Road, so traffic noise is noticeable from 4:30am to 10pm. Light sleepers may struggle with that, but proximity to shops and beaches makes it a fair trade-off. Overall, a practical, clean, and comfortable stay with thoughtful touches. Host was very responsive. A great stay.

The cottage was delightful, finished lovely with great amenity. Was very homely and comfortable immediately when we arrived. Great to respond to my queries and everything was easy to find. Sat night was a noisy outside but really considering where you are, it was not a problem and didnt take away from the enjoyment of our stay. Thanks for a wonderful few days.

This place truly felt like home. The room is clean and spacious. The location is great especially the bakery right beside the entrance served very good coffee. Will be back for sure if there is another chance to visit Perth.

I liked staying here, it was nice. The villa was tidy and I thought the decorations were cool. The outdoor seating is a cosy spot to relax and also the lake just down the road is a lovely place for a walk.

My friends and I stayed at Neil’s accommodation for 4 nights. From the moment we walked in we felt right at home. Neil was very responsive with all communication prior to the stay. There was also a lot of small thoughtful gestures around the house that we were very impressed with. I would definitely recommend Neil’s place.

Our stay at Jeff’s villa was absolutely incredible. We were a group of nine, and the space was perfect for our family—comfortable, welcoming, and truly felt like home. Jeff was an outstanding host: quick to respond, helpful with any questions, and always made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets every evening. If you're planning a trip to WA, I can’t recommend Jeff’s place highly enough. It was everything we hoped for and more.
