Apartment vacation rentals in City of Adelaide

We (myself, husband and 11 year old daughter) stayed at Lucinda's Lofty Views from 9 to 20 Jun 2025. This was our first trip to Adelaide. Location: Unbeatable location. We walked almost everywhere! It is just ~5 to 8 minutes' walk to Chinatown area AND our favourite Central Market. We also walked to the Botanic Gardens, National Wine Centre, the Adelaide Oval, and to some of the best restaurants we've eaten at in Australia - Press* Food and Wine being one of them. Side note: I even got a hair cut at the salon just below the apartment! Apartment: Spotlessly clean, spacious, warm and homely. Very comfortable beds and sofa. A welcome respite at the end of the day from all our walking! Host: Lucinda is a gem. Easy to communicate with, super responsive, patient, kind, ever so helpful with all the great recommendations on where we could visit, and most importantly, a genuine love for what she does and in ensuring her guests are (literally) kept warm, cozy and comfortable.

After a number of visits to Adelaide recently, I have always gravitated to the East Village; great location, eateries, shopping and public parks. This accommodation allowed me to make the most of all that was on offer; while providing a great retreat to return home to.

Great place to stay in Adelaide city. Location is convenient and close to the central market. Apartment was clean, cozy and matched description. Host is friendly and responsive to queries too!

Wow! Best instructions to get into the Air BnB, very simple to understand. Including the photos 10/10 for instructions. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, sporting events ect. Beautiful views, and amenities. Love it thanks for having us.

The place was very convenient and close to a supermarkets and lots of restaurants. Within walking distance to CBD as well. The unit itself was a good size for a small family and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We stayed 5 nights and Sarah's place provided everything we needed, from a kitchen that included condiments and a rice cooker to milk and soft drink in the fridge, as well as lovely snacks and a bottle of local wine. The apartment is small but very well appointed, has free parking and is in a very convenient location. Sarah is lovely and very responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay!

I booked Aaron’s apartment for my birthday celebration and it was worth it. He is always responsive to your questions. The apartment was clean and easy to locate.

Loved this first floor flat! It’s located in a small quiet complex with sheltered private parking. Inside was also beautifully appointed and abounding with things needed in a home! Size was very comfortable for our family of 4, even though it was cold during our visit and we didn’t utilise the outdoor spaces.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who was looking for a place to stay !! Perfect walking distance to the CBD and close to all the bus stops. The apartment was perfectly cozy but also plenty of space. The host was lovely and responded quickly. The spa is to die for and as an extra bonus. Any curly hair girls who often don't have room for a diffuser,there is one in the room to !

Very conveniently situated between the main shopping street and north terrace, where the museums are. Amazing views from the bed!

This Airbnb was in a great location very easy to walk anywhere in the CBD but also had a car space which was very convenient. The place was very comfortable and makes for a great home away from home stay.

Great stay in Adelaide. Check in was easy and the parking safe was easy to find with the given instructions. Apartment was clean comfortable and spacious. Perfect for 2 couples. It was located within walking distance to the main parts of the city.

Great location, free tram along North Tce, close to Rundle St, Botanic Gardens and museums. Beautiful 170-old terrace renovated by the host. Highly recommended.

Great stay, was clean and tidy. Easy to find with parking out the front (pay on week days but not after 12pm Saturday) We could walk to Rundle Mall easily (15min walk) Felt safe Overall happy with the stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Adelaide! The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect — surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores. Transportation was easy and convenient, making it simple to get around the city. The only small issue was that the check-in process was a bit confusing at first, but overall, everything else more than made up for it. Highly recommended!

Flexible check in with Nokki meeting me after a late arrival into Adelaide. Always very helpful and quick response’s, offering recommendations and pointing out key areas. Talked me through where to locate things in the apartment. Apartment it self was very spacious, beautifully cleaned and decorated. The space was even nicer than the pictures portrayed. Spacious shower and bathroom overall, kitchen was equipped with everything you could need plus some extras!!! The location was fabulous, very close to the mall and central market, yet quiet and tucked away, great parking options around too. Supermarket basically at the bottom of the complex, pool and amenities were fabulous. My time in Adelaide was phenomenal with special mention to this accommodation!

Absolutely 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The check-in and check-out process was a breeze thanks to the clear and simple instructions — no stress at all. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully styled, and felt truly luxurious. Having secure parking gave us extra peace of mind, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect — close to everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely book again!

A friend and I stayed for a conference at the convention centre. Perfect location- just across the road. Janet and Marcus had excellent communication, clear instructions and very helpfully allowed an early check in at the last minute which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful stay at Rachel’s apartment. The attention to detail with styling and cleanliness was wonderful. We felt so cosy on our one night stay over a rainy weekend. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Pav's place. The fully enclosed balcony and use of the pool were great for our toddler to burn energy after a long day of driving. Beds were comfy and place was clean. Thanks Pav!

Thanh was so friendly and helpful when I wasn’t sure about car parking.

Great location central to CBD and public transport. Bobi was communicative and flexible with our check in/out times. Lovely views. Clean and well kept apartment. Our only (very minor) thing to note is there is an apartment been built currently next door so can be loud. But that is by no fault through this apartment. We would happily stay again.

A fantastic apartment. Homely, very clean, well equipped, ideally located and very responsive host. Will stay again.
