Here 4 people find a perfect base to explore lake and cities on our areas as Verona Venice Padova and Bolzano we are at 8 km from Affi shopping center and highway, and 20km from Peschiera del Garda train station. House overlook directly on the outside patio and garden.

We had a great stay in this modern apartment! You have your peace and quiet and are still quickly at the lake in a few minutes. The hosts were always super easy to reach and very helpful and flexible! As described, we were able to go to Giulietta Beach for free and also borrow loungers and a SUP there. Parking is also no problem directly in the house's own courtyard without height restrictions.

Evita is a host among thousands. Nothing is too much for her. We had a problem with the car and Evita made every effort to find a garage for us. She brought us a number of times and acted as an interpreter. So nice to experience that there are still people who really provide service and not just hand over the key. Her house is beautifully maintained, a beautiful garden and parking spaces behind a fence. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Even a washing machine. Beautifully furnished and not even any signs of use. I highly recommend the apartments (4 in the house).

A shared swimming pool is framed by well-maintained green grass and surrounded by lounge chairs. The villa features modern architecture with balconies adorned with flowering plants. Soft lighting creates a serene evening atmosphere, highlighting the tranquil outdoor space.

We found the stay at the place very pleasant. Lake Garda is within walking distance, as are many restaurants. Supermarkets are close. Due to the small number of apartments, you hardly notice the other guests. We often had the pool to ourselves. The outdoor area is super well maintained and looks really nice. Our dog was also received in a very friendly manner. Opposite the accommodation you can have breakfast in the hotel for €10. We will be happy to come back. The only downside. The apartment looks bigger in the pictures than it is. But the size didn't bother us.

Fantastic place. Superb location as it’s only 3-4 min walk away from the center of Lazise (which is full of nice restaurants, bars and a lake side promenade). Also only 2-3 min walk away from a large supermarket. There’s a bus stop at your doorstep as well as 2-3 restaurants/take away places for very tasty take away pizzas. The apartment itself is very spacious with a large living room and a bedroom with all amenities, as well as a fantastic garden (you can even get a glimpse of the lake through a narrow angle). Very communicative and helpful host. Great place to stay in Lazise, especially for families with little children. Definitely recommended.

We were very satisfied!! There were two of us + baby (4 months). There was enough space for our stroller. We were very warmly welcomed by Nicole and everything was explained to us. The apartment was in a very clean condition and everything important was available. On foot it is about 20 minutes to the city, but you can walk very nicely along the lake. Always happy to come back!!!! I definitely recommend this place!
