Vacation rentals with a patio in Çiğli

Very close to the airport and everywhere is easily accessible. There is a shopping mall a walking distance away and the apartment itself is very secure with security cameras in place. The apartment itself is exactly as it seems in the pictures and was in excellent condition and beautiful with an amazing view of gaziemir in the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great, I had a comfortable and clean stay

Bulut was very kind and helpful. The weather was beautiful and reminded me of California. All public transportation is within a short walk, my favorite was the ferry because of the beautiful views of the city. I want to come back and would stay here again if I could! The people here are so friendly and it’s just a great place to explore and learn about the culture. The local favorite football team won the national championship while we were here and it was fun to see the people watching the game on big TV screens at the local restaurants. And then celebrating until 3 am! Not much sleep that night but still fun watching how they reacted and celebrated their team! I had never experienced anything like that. If you can go to Izmir, you should and you will be very comfortable in this Airbnb with Bulut!

Guests will need to take precautions against mosquitoes to be more comfortable on the balcony and inside at night. We are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

lovely place to stay and right in the centre of Alsancak

We couldn’t ask for a cozier, more comfortable place in Izmir. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including kitchen appliances. It’s quiet, spacious, and conveniently located near everything. Lots of off-street free parking in front of the apartment For Crossfitters or gym goers like us, a big bonus is the super clean and spacious Crossfit box within walking distance, perfect for getting a workout in. We would definitely stay here again whenever we’re in Izmir!

Everything, especially the balcony, was magnificent, only the municipality had a temporary road arrangement for the seaside, the room had nothing to do with the host, but we were very pleased, tolerant hosts, thank you

Our stay was very enjoyable. The house was even better as it was in the photos. He was very thorough about cleanliness. The host was very helpful and welcoming, quick to respond to any questions we had. We'll choose it again the next time we come.

The garden is extremely beautiful, suitable for barbecue and has a veranda where you can sit with a sea view. The view from the balcony upstairs is also beautiful and peaceful. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the fact that the beds were new was a big plus for us. Downstairs there is a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen and a toilet. The house is generally designed in a very stylish and tasteful way. The air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs provided great comfort; despite the hot weather, we never got overwhelmed. The sea can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes by car. Its proximity to Gelinkaya Beach, Mavi Beach, Çeşmealtı Beach and Urla center is also a great advantage. Everything that may be needed at home has been thought of, there is nothing missing – I can even say that there is more. We would like to stay in this beautiful summer house again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Haluk and Ms. Yeşim. They helped us a lot in everything, and made our holiday even more enjoyable with their smiling faces and interest.

Mr. Özden welcomed us warmly and sincerely at home on the first day and shared all the information about the house with us. There were all the tools and equipment at home. The location of the house is very nice and easy, we were able to go to all places in 15-20 minutes. Thanks to Mr. Özden's posts, we felt at home.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. There was everything we needed for the comfortable vacation! Particularly impressive was the large terrace with sea view. Ms. Berna was always accessible. I reached her comfortably in case of need. The house was exactly as it was in the photos and I was very pleased. I didn't expect it to be this nice. It was quiet and very comfortable with transportation. It was much nicer with the little lives in the garden ☺️

Ms. Seda was extremely friendly and understanding enough to heat the house before she arrived because she was children. We made our stay comfortable. A place in a beautiful location where you can sleep and wake up in silence and we can recommend it to everyone.

The location of the house is enough with more. Shopping, entertainment, sea and walking are possible within walking distance. The house is quite comfortable, the items are more than enough. Everything you will feel at home is available. We had a pleasant time on the terrace with a panaoramic sea view.
