It was my 3rd Airbnb experience and I had no problems for the first time. It was clean, peaceful, the house has a unique aura. It is a ground floor apartment in old Izmir, 2 blocks behind the elevator, but you can see other houses downhill from the balcony. Ms. Ipeknur put all the necessary equipment in the house, thank you very much

This apartment was our first stop on our Turkish Riviera trip, and overall, it was a great experience. Everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely decorated with a cool vibe. One of the best features is the stunning view overlooking the sea port it definitely added something special to our stay. The apartment itself is in a great location in the heart of İzmir, in the Konak area, which makes it super convenient for exploring the city. The host was also excellent he messaged me, checked in to see if we needed anything, and was very welcoming. The only downside for us was that it’s a bit far from good swimming spots. We ended up driving about 30 to 45 minutes to Çeşme to find a nice beach, which was totally worth it because we spent the whole day there and had a great time. So if you’re planning to explore Çeşme during the day and come back to İzmir in the evening, this place is actually a great base. Overall, I’d give it a solid 6/10

The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is very authentically decorated. We had a great time for 2 days. The host was very helpful, thank you. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go by their own car can rest assured, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

Guests will need to take precautions against mosquitoes to be more comfortable on the balcony and inside at night. We are very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

The house was clean and tidy. It was easy to get to. Everything that could be needed in the house was enough. We had a relaxing holiday as a family with 2 children.

Mr. Özden welcomed us warmly and sincerely at home on the first day and shared all the information about the house with us. There were all the tools and equipment at home. The location of the house is very nice and easy, we were able to go to all places in 15-20 minutes. Thanks to Mr. Özden's posts, we felt at home.

The location of the house is enough with more. Shopping, entertainment, sea and walking are possible within walking distance. The house is quite comfortable, the items are more than enough. Everything you will feel at home is available. We had a pleasant time on the terrace with a panaoramic sea view.

We stayed at Ferdi's place for a week and had a super nice time. Various beaches, restaurants and convenience stores can be reached quickly. With the Dolmus, other places (such as Alacati, Cesme city) are also easily accessible. Glad to come back!

The apartment is in Hatay which is ten minutes from Izmir center by metro. Beautiful view of the Aegean Sea from the balcony. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has good pressure.

Host is very caring, friendly and helpful. He also provided environmental referrals. The interior of the house was impeccable, everything we needed was available at home. The products were very high quality and clean. The location was very close to the center, we had access to everywhere on foot. We plan to go back in the summer. In addition to being a house decorated with nice and quality materials, there was none in the house. There are kitchen utensils that meet all the needs and also has a garden that will have a very pleasant time, the house is also a 10-minute walk from Mimoza and Bodrum beaches. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.
