Beachfront vacation rentals in Christies Beach

Had a great little stay here! Super close to the beach which was nice to enjoy on our morning walks. McLaren Vale on your doorstep and only a short drive to Adelaide. Would recommend for a relaxing stay in South Australia.

Margo's place was the perfect location for our weekend stay, where we could catch up with our extended family. This property had everything we needed and was comfortable and warm.

We had a great stay at the apartment, it was stylish yet cosy, and walking distance from all the amenities we needed on a family holiday! The place is a stone’s throw from Henley Beach, and we really enjoyed the lovely sunrise and sunsets from the balcony and dining area. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host Lucy, the pantry and breakfast supplies were especially helpful as we got in late in the evening on the first day. The apartment is also equipped with a baby cot and high chair, and kid friendly utensils which made our mealtimes so much easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back very soon!

Would book again in a heartbeat! We had a wonderful week away with the family. Plenty of room for everyone and the kids utilised the play area downstairs. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and we loved being able to pop across the road to the beach for a walk or enjoy an incredible sunset. Gretchen was always responsive to messages and lovely to deal with, thank you.

Excellent location, directly on the beach, dog friendly, well appointed furnishings, everything you might need. Clothes storage was a bit limited, okay for 1 person in a room but not enough for 2, beds were quite firm, I don’t mind but it might be a deal breaker for my wife who likes it plush. This was a guy trip and we had a ball. Would definitely come back.

John’s place is utterly beautiful! Very tastefully decorated and lots of outdoor deck space around the house to enjoy. It was baking hot when we were there but we still really enjoyed sitting on the verandah looking at the ocean and eating in the back garden. Considering the house is next to the road to the beach, I was amazed at how quiet and restful the house was. The beach is only a moment away, and we really enjoyed a tasting at Berg Herring winery up the road. As hosts, their communication was excellent and they were really accommodating. We will definitely be back!

A lovely place to stay and well within walking distance to all Glenelg attractions. Would recommend and love to stay again!

Krystal was very quick to respond to any queries we had and was very engaging both before and during our stay. We received a lovely welcome pack with a good quality wine and the kitchen cupboards were well stocked with all essentials. The sunset was superb, and we enjoyed sitting on the spacious deck each evening. Plenty of opportunity to do lots of lovely walks while in this comfortable and pleasant environment. Would recommend to other couples.

Had a lovely stay at Sanbis Cabin. It was exactly as described on the website and exceptionally clean, comfortable and peaceful. Within walking distance of Aldinga Beach (5 minutes) and Pearl Restaurant and only 10 minutes from McLaren Vale/Willunga and many wineries by car. Aldinga village only 5 minutes by car. Krystal was a great host, communicated well and promptly and great advice on the best places to eat, drink and visit. Highly recommend this accommodation and hoping to return in the future. We stayed here with 9 family members and had the best time. We all agreed it is the best Airbnb we have stayed at. From the attention to detail, games provided, linen, welcome gifts and location/view. We will be back!

Chad was a very good host, even offered us early check-in and allowed us to add an additional day after initial booking. The apartment is in a lovely, small, older complex that is kept immaculately. The permanent residents are friendly and helpful. The apartment is lovely with the most spacious and comfortable green velveteen lounge, the best feature in the apartment in my opinion. A comfortable place to sit is quite often underrated by some hosts. The bed is luxurious in white cotton, lots of pillows and a thick and warm doona. The bathroom is practical and well thought out with a large glass-walled shower and double shower heads (one which can be hand-held). Being a cook, the kitchen was most important for me. It was beautifully designed kitchen with some very nice Breville appliances, quality cookware and a nicely stocked pantry. One thing that I would add to the utensil drawer would be a knife sharpener or at least a steel. Only a small issue. All in all, a wonderful place!

What an amazing little find this place is. The fit out is beautiful and the views are just stunning. It’s the perfect romantic getaway and if you’re looking to impress someone you can’t go past this little gem. I have already rebooked another stay.

Great location walking distance from great beaches and layed back feel. Perfect location for exploring McLaren Vale as well as easy commute to Adelaide by car or on the train.

Poppy's place was a simple small home on a nice bush lot and was super quiet. It was a 1 min walk to the beach and great path to the cafe and swim spot. 2 couples stayed there and were really comfortable. Poppy was proactive with her communication and really flexible when our travel plans got a bit complicated. Overall a great place, and good value for money.

Highly recommend this home, it was nicer than the photos, so clean and spacious, beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. The communication was excellent, incredibly responsive and helpful from the start until after check out. Bobi was so accommodating with our requests and also helpful with regarding checking in and making sure we were all ok. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Just the two of us staying again for the second time we have stayed here. Happy to go back again, so clean, comfortable, great view, you feel relaxed soon as you walk in. We didn’t want to leave. Host is fantastic to deal with. Thanks for everything Graham.
