My husband and I live in the main house, our small garden room is completely separate, located across the garden. A mini kitchen, shower and toilet are located in an additional building (NOT ENSUITE) and is for the sole use of guests. Free off street parking on site. WiFi is available, although connection inside the room cannot be guaranteed. We're in a quiet peaceful village, well located for visiting Bath, Bristol, Castle Combe, Lacock & The Cotswolds.

An absolute gem. Perfectly described, pristine condition and a really comfortable stay! We were wedding guests at Kin House and the location of Sundial Cottage was perfect. A few hundred yards away, it was so convenient to arrive stress free and no stress about the journey home. Lou was a brilliant host, with excellent communication, including getting in touch pro-actively when we booked and then also a few days before arrival. Lots of goodies left in the rooms which was a really welcome, warm arrival. We weren’t expecting such amazing grounds too. An hour spent with the kids kicking a ball around was brilliant. 10/10, 5*, unreservedly recommended.

Ian and Jo are fantastic hosts with a beautifully clean and private location. The room overlooks a small park on a quiet street. We were given some great recommendations for exploring the local area. They also have a lovely tiny dog that is very friendly.

Jophy welcomed us and we felt at home almost upon arrival. She is a lovely person, she loves dogs, she had a sense of humour and one of our dogs deserted us to be with her! It was an incredibly hot weekend, as high as 27C so we dreaded being too hot but it was easy to keep our rooms cool and the dogs stayed in the attached conservatory with all the windows open and they were very comfortable. The garden was completely fenced so the dogs were always safe and free to roam and Jophy lent us her doggy paddling pool although our dogs weren’t that keen. We had privacy and cool breezes in her beautiful garden and the area around Jophy’s is stunning and right next to the church. I can’t comment on things to do because we were there for a weekend seminar and returned home at night hot and bothered, then to relax in the garden. We will definitely go back because we attend these seminars at least twice a year and now we’ve found Jophy’s nowhere else will suffice.

The best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Immaculately clean, wonderfully decorated. Had everything we need and a great location to explore the Cotswolds. Jenny even baked us a lemon cake. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely peaceful stay in your cosy cottage Laura. A real home from home.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need including tea, coffee and sugar and cooking essentials. The biscuits and fresh milk on arrival were thoughtful. The luxury toiletries were gorgeous and it felt like a hotel with the fluffy white towels and dressing gowns. Great quiet location with a private rear garden really fantastic for our two pooches and our Son to be free to play safely. The decor was really stylish and the whole feel of the cottage was welcoming. The provision of all the games and books kept everyone entertained and we slept well in the comfy beds. We recommend a visit to the Cotswolds water park for active families for kayaking, aqua venture and paddle boarding etc but it’s quite pricey ! For pub food we went to The Somerford Arms great atmosphere and only 5 minutes drive away. For your food shopping there is an Aldi or Waitrose 15 minutes drive away. Thanks again
