The Sunrise Cabin

DanielleRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Such a lovely Airbnb will highly recommend to anyone looking for either a romantic getaway or a very fun weekend with friends. The view from the cabin is unbeatable and there is a small path down to the water. In June, the bugs were manageable and we came prepared with citronella candles so it was no issue!

Backyard Bunker Retreat

ValRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I really enjoyed the quiet, private porch. A Cup of coffee, while watching the birds and hearing the river nearby was quite relaxing. Great location for viewing the stars at night & long slow strolls on the country dirt road.

Rustic cabin on Lake Champlain

DomenicaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This cabin has a breathtaking view of the lake! We enjoyed a card game on the porch and watched a gorgeous sunset. Got to hear birds chirping when we woke up, and the sound of lapping water from the lakeshore. We got the heads up from Tim beforehand that the dock wasn't in, so it wasn't a surprise, but I do wish we had been able to access the lake directly. The spiders inside the cabin (in the kitchen sink) were the most uncomfortable part but we didn't cook or use that sink so we kept our distance. The area was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful to drive through. Highly recommend going to Arrowhead Lodge for a drink & pizza! We're not very outdoorsy people but we love the water. If we were hikers, this would've been incredible because of proximity to Eagle Mountain.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property! The outdoor shower was really relaxing and fun to try. The bed was comfortable with great linens. We enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood and had a great meal at one of the recommended restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Wonderful place to stay. Small yet functional and thoughtful. Tiny home was cozy and the backyard was absolutely charming. I’m not that sensitive to sounds so the traffic sounds was not an issue.

Keeler Bay Lakefront 2BR Cottage (Catamount)

DavidRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We went up to Burlington for the race and decided to stay on the lake versus in the city. It worked beautifully for us. The lake setting is serene. I watched cormorants on the lake all day and went out in the kayaks and saw harlequin ducks and blue herons. The sky at sunset is gorgeous. The only suggestion I have for the host is to buy a giant bottle of shampoo from Costco for guests. As I guy with short hair, I don’t pack shampoo. I think people would appreciate it and you would probably only have to buy like one or two a year. Just a suggestion. I didn’t really care. We had an amazing time and will absolutely stay there again if we run the race in the future. Great restaurant and a brewery right down the street as well. I hated to leave.

The Parkside House

MichelleRating, 5 stars34 months ago
One of the best AirBnB experiences we have ever had! Perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood in Burlington, easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. On site parking and a backyard with a hammock to enjoy the beautiful Vermont summer. The home is even more spacious than it appears on line and beautifully decorated throughout. Bright, cheerful and well outfitted for a family stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Modern, hilltop, lakeside retreat!

TiberiusRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Jessica is an incredible host with an incredible home who really thought of every single detail when organizing our stay. Every cupboard, each cabinet will surprise you with something you would find in your own home or a five star hotel. Jessica’s recommendations listed out in her guidebook for the stay were absolutely stellar (we found a dreamlike private cove to swim during a hike she recommended). Even more impressive were the amenities, which made our entire trip to Vermont. The kayaks and paddle boards were available to use for the duration of our stay, allowing us to spend afternoons on the beautiful lake even though it was a little cold. Every aspect of our stay was considered and I would come back in a heartbeat if it weren’t for the limited availability! Snatch this place if you can, you won’t regret it!

Tiny Timber Vermont

JaclynRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Serene and well designed, Gabriel's Tiny Timber home provided a peaceful respite from a bustling weekend of wedding activities just up the road. Waking up in the comfort of the tree tops with the quiet of falling snow was a welcome break. This tiny home has everything you need for a restful escape. Make sure you watch the youtube videos on how to arrive, especially if arriving after dark, and bring a flashlight.

Cozy A-Frame near Burlington & Smuggler's Notch

AmyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
As others have mentioned, the road is busy. The inside was exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and well organized. We appreciated the supplies for bath and kitchen which were there. The area was close to the UVM graduation location which worked out well for us!

Mountain Cabin- Border state park, trails, private

LynnRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The cottage was perfect for our calming, cozy, mountain retreat. Looks just like the photos except the view is even better now with a large deck from which to enjoy it. Even on rainy and foggy days the view was serene. The main bed is very comfortable and looks into the forest. We loved sleeping to the babbling creek sounds. Lofts beds are best for kids with creaky frames, thin mattresses, and a low ceiling. The bathroom shower was excellent with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was equipped for basic cooking although bring your own coffee, tea, and condiments as these were not provided. I appreciated that there was a charcoal grill and charcoal was provided. A special place to recharge, unplug, hike, and take the occasional 50 minute trip up to Burlington or explore small towns nearby. Visit the Red Hen Bakery for delicious baked goods, coffee, and VT atmosphere, The Roots Farm Market in Middlesex for upscale provisions, and Mad River Taco in Waitsfield.

Artsy Tiny Home on Homestead- Bike-able to LVRT

Shannon & TrevorRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We loved this tiny home. It was perfect for our needs as a couple who frequently camps. We were spoiled having a bed and a roof, as well as an shower with hot water. The space was comfortable and clean, and we did not have to worry about temperatures dropping during the colder nights. The hosts were responsive and provided plenty of instructions on how to get the most out of the stay. With so many hiking trails nearby, it was easy to enjoy the scenery and immerse into nature for a weekend. We highly recommend staying here and we would love the opportunity to return!

Secluded Cabin | Sovereign View | Couples Retreat!

AnnalisaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
This “tiny” cabin in the woods was an incredible place to stay!!! The tall ceilings make it so even with the often bed there is tons of room to stand freely. We had zero issues with the compostable toilet-no smell at all! Kitchen is basic but perfect for making an easy breakfast, and the grill is great for dinner - steaks and veggies! We were incredibly warm and cozy with the gorgeous wood stove. The best part: the views and trails. We sat outside by the fireplace watching the sunset and walked the beautiful wooded trails! Best suited for young, able-bodied adults who can handle a gravel walk, steep ladder, and high toilet. We love this hidden gem in the woods!

Cozy Vermont Cabin with a beautiful view!

JessicaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a long weekend here, and I could not recommend this place enough! The view was gorgeous, and the house was so cozy, beautiful, clean, and just like the photos. It is such a cute place to stay to have a couples getaway, and I loved every day of being in Vermont. Erica was very responsive and there if you needed anything, and we loved the area. There were so many great hiking spots and good eats out there. We plan on coming back and having a yearly trip in Vermont, and this will be our go-to. Thanks again for a fantastic stay :)
