Beautiful house located in shelburne Village. Your reservation comes with a bedroom that is private. I do live in the house on the upper floor and I also have a 16-year-old daughter. We have one dog and one cat both are extremely friendly. This house is 5 minutes away from the beaches of Lake Champlain, 10 minutes to downtown Burlington, including UVM, the hospital, and within 30 min drive to ski resorts. We also have a big pool and enjoy evening fires with new fire pit, or Outdoor Grilling.

Located above Junktiques, this newly renovated apartment has a king Casper Bed, new stylish shower and a front and back porch blocks from downtown and the waterfront. Across from Pho Hung, best Vietnamese restaurant in Burlington. Stay in a unique and colorful part of the Old North End. There is live music in the backyard at times. It will end and be quiet shortly after 10 pm. You’re welcome to join but if you are seeking silence on your journey, this may not be the spot for you!

Lastly, if you’re looking to get away, Indian Brook Reservoir is only a 11 minute drive, where you can enjoy Vermonts beautiful outdoors, with trails, swimming, and kayaking.

Our one bedroom apartment offers cozy comfort in a peaceful setting. This newly renovated, (finished Jan 2025) second floor apartment features lots of new, modern details. 5 minutes to Beaudry’s country store, 30 minutes to the Burlington Airport, 35 minutes to downtown Burlington. 35 minutes to Sugarbush, 30 minutes to Bolton Valley. 12 minutes to downtown Hinesburg. Located on a quiet, private dirt road. We highly recommend a car with AWD, especially in the winter.
