Important note: There is potable water (sinks and showers) inside but you have to pee in a (very clean and not smelly!) portable toilet located outside. (Sorry, environmental regulations.)

There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
