Ataa apartment is located close to the Unirii Square, Moon Church, Black Eagle Passage, Sion Synagogue, The State Theatre, The Fortress of Oradea.Convenient acces to public transport service make our apartment perfect for holidaymakers, family or business travellers. We are also not far from Nymphaea Aquapark.

The apartment is furnished, fully equipped and free private parking in front of the building, video surveillance. The apartment has all the facilities for a successful stay. Mini-market on the ground floor of the block. Quiet new neighborhood, with lots of greenery and park. Lotus Mall is a 2-minute walk away. Baile-Felix 4 km away. Aquapark at 2.7 km.

Why not step back in time and enjoy the beauty of the Transylvania countryside? Situated in the top of the hill,the building was relocated and completely restored in 2017 on the former domains of Count Zichy from the Austro-Hungarian period. The old barn recreates the atmosphere of the end of the 18th century,offering the current and modern confort. Also,the “OLD WOODEN BARN” offers a wonderful and unique view of the pine forest that surrounds this dream landscape. .

Relaxing Central Condo with Private Patio

The ground-floor apartment has a central location and is within walking distance of most significant landmarks. Built in early 1900, the house has a private courtyard and was recently renovated. It is suitable for up to 4 people. Bakery, coffee shop, pharmacy and supermarket nearby. Two bikes are available for guest use. Parking is free of charge on the street. We live in the house next-door, so feel free to ask us anything, we are glad to help out.

Stunning House on the Hill Beautiful traditional Transylvanian wood house completely renovated with modern details! Situated on the hill, 300m off the E60 highway, this wood house from 1810s was fully renovated in 2016 by us. We included all modern conforts: floor heating, air conditioning, high end bathroom and beds. The kitchen is equipped at the minimum level with a sink, a small refrigerator and a coffee machine.
