Venice can be reached easily and quickly - by bus, the stop is just 5 minutes from the house (trips to Venice every 10 minutes), in 15 minutes by bus, you can reach Piazzale Roma. - by train (15 minutes), Venice-Mestre train station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment Venice Mestre train station is a few minutes' walk from Casa900. From here trains leave for the Venice Historic Center and for all the art cities of the Veneto region: Padua, Verona, Vicenza, Treviso, and Belluno. From the Mestre station, there are buses to the nearby beaches of Jesolo, Bibione, Caorle, and Eraclea as well as to the Dolomites and Cortina d'Ampezzo. You can also visit the Brenta Riviera with its famous Venetian villas by car or bus. The guest will need to notify the estimated check-in time at least 24 hours in advance. Agreeing on your check-in time is a must. The apartment will be made available to the guest from 3 pm. Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

Our accomodation?!? 15 minutes from the beautiful Venice that can be reached with bus number 6 which is in front of the house. Economical, modern and perfect for a family or a group of friend. Very important: the house is located in a condominium where it is absolutely impossible to make noise, especially after 22:00 and before 8:00. The house is at third floor without elevator. Please consider it if you have heavy luggages.

We spent 3 nights in Barbara's very tastefully decorated Apartment. We were personally welcomed by Angela who takes perfectly care of everything. The house is in a very typical venetian neighbourhood, with lovely osterias, cafes where you can enjoy a nice meal or a campari soda. although its only a 10 minutes walk to the very heart of venice, to the museums etc. it is a quiete place offering good sleep! We highly recommend this authentic house/Apartment and hope to have soon more time for Venice.

The apartment is amazing. I think it's even better than what the pictures. It has everything that we needed during the stay, even mosquito repellant. The kitchen was fully equipped and had all the basic ingredientes, coffee, etc... The room was very clean and also very clean linens, which is something that we appreciate when we travel. The parking of the lot is very convenient for an area with very complicated public parking space. The location was good, very near to everything. All in all, we were super satisfied with the apartment and with the service of our host Fabiola. Amazing!
