If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Great find, right in the centre of the city. A wonderful choice for where to spend your days in Venice.

Our stay was great!! Alessandro was kind enough to pick us up from the train station. He showed us maps of where to go and had restaurant recommendations. He gave us a tour around the house. There is a beautiful lawn that we could use. The house is very spacious, private and within 15 minutes walking distance to everything. Well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Beautiful Airbnb, in a very convenient to Fondamenta Nove for water taxis and taking the alilaguna to and from the airport. Comfortable apt, clean and close to shops and restaurants. My favorite neighborhood. Highly recommended. We hope to return!

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

We went as 3 couples of friends, we really liked the house in Veneza, very close to the bus stop for Veneza, supermarket, restaurants, quiet and safe place, beautiful house, quiet, clean, good showers, good beds, parking for 2 cars, we were well accommodated. We were very well received, they gave us tips, they helped us with the maps, we liked it very much. The house just doesn't have a living room, but it has a great dining room, we held our meetings eating the delicacies we bought at the supermarket, for us it was great. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Oh, there were no wine glasses, but it wasn't a problem, the wines were great in glasses. We went to Venice by bus, very easy and practical, we followed the tips and had a great day in Venice. Too bad it was so rushed, we wish we could have stayed longer. We appreciate the hospitality.

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

Had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is a dream. Here and there something needs to be repaired or replaced and the lake is neither suitable for swimming nor fishing, but the pool made up for all that. I'd love to come back!

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning – that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed for us – we would come back anytime!

Feel at home and such a friendly host is an amazing combination. We were helped with our itinerary and the local recommendations from here were bonus. We drove by car and her suggestion to better drive and park at the ferry stop instead of relying on bus... well saved a lot time and was comfortable for family. The vicinity to the beach is also great in case you plan for morning/evening walk.

We had a wonderful time at Adriana's cottage! Both Adriana and Eugenio were very friendly and welcoming. We felt immediately at home! The cottage itself is very roomy and looks exactly like pictured. Everything was very tidy and clean. The garden is gigantic and our dog had a lot of fun exploring and playing here. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria (Surli) that has the best pizza we ever had in our lives! Highly recommended! Anything from Venice to Treviso and Padua is very easy to reach by car and there are a lot of opportunities for day trips. In the immediate surrounding of the house it is however not ideal to go for long walks. There's a road with no walkway and you can't go very far crossing the surrounding fields. That was however the only small downside to an otherwise wonderful vacation with lovely hosts at a wonderful location.

This was one of the best places I have had the pleasure to stay at. It provided everything I needed also the host was very friendly and helpful in explaining the transport to Venice the times and train . I would recommend it 100%.

Spacious, comfortable apartment equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness. Natalia was always very kind, both before check-in and during the stay. He advised us on the most suitable route to visit Venice and also provided us with all the information to reach it by public transport. We felt right at home. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Michele's place. If you want to feel like a local and not surrounded by tourists, this is the right place. Very well located, we hardly used the car because the bus station is very close. Restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. We had a fantastic time with our dogs in Venice. We wanted to visit Padua & Venice. Great place to stay to visit both cities! Appartement felt like home, very safe, everything we needed was there. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, good shower,… would book again! 😊

Gaia was GREAT, attentive, helpful, she explained all we needed to know, she walks us through all steps and answered all our questions, she received us with a smile and we felt just like home at her place!!!!

Claudia’s place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! I stayed there before and after a hiking trip and she kept my bags for the week! She was also very responsive.

The house was exactly as described! It had chilly air conditioning, the perfect location and a super responsive host. My film for my film camera got destroyed and the host even went and purchased some for me and had it waiting on the table, when I arrived. I thought that the bed/pillows were fine and we slept great!

Denis is undoubtedly the best hotel in all of Venice! Clear intentions, guides to places, restaurants, transportation... You can see the love in what he does. The house is impeccable and cozy. It has absolutely everything and is located near buses and trams. Really, if you have the chance, choose this place. They won't regret it. Thanks for all, 100% recommended
