The peaceful setting amidst nature made our stay incredibly relaxing. The caretaker was polite and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it for a serene weekend escape.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property in Ratnagiri! It's honestly one of the very few - if not the only - places in Ratnagiri with such modern amenities and top-notch maintenance. From the moment we checked in, everything felt smooth, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. One of the highlights was the food - they served delicious local meals at very affordable prices, which made the experience even more special. The rooms had smart TVs with Netflix, Prime, etc., already installed, and to top it off, we even played PS5 during our downtime! We came here looking for a peaceful escape from Mumbai, and this was the perfect choice. With Vande Bharat and Shatabdi trains reaching Ratnagiri in just 5-6 hours, it was super convenient and comfortable. Unlike crowded spots like Lonavala, this place gave us true relaxation - and honestly, there's so much more to explore in Ratnagiri than people usually expect.

The home was stunningly attractive and visually appealing. Also, the property has a homey feel to it; it provides everything from kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as cards and Monopoly for free time entertainment. They also graciously inquire if we have any needs and make the necessary arrangements, such as check-in and check-out timings. Also, the owner, Hem, is quite helpful, offering recommendations for places to visit, sharing his own experience, and following up with us to see what we needed after some time. Definitely going there again.

An amazing place to be. The place was clean and Amit helped with transportation suggestions since we were travelling by train. The place was perfect exactly like we visualised. The beach had a 4 min walk but worth every step, water was transparent clean and private with less people. Perfect sunset. Dogs -yes but absolutely non aggressive ones (compared to those in Goa) They mind their business. Some dogs do bark quite a lot in the night but didn't bother much. Food- The food was too good. Sartha ji made best food and with special request got us prawns and more especially when they give food on point timing. Beach made sure hunger was wild. So had to trip 1 hr to dmart. a bit far. Advice to pack snacks and enough drinks. They do have a small refrigerator and water cans so was good. One of the most peaceful vacations inhad yet. and for sure will be back for more.

The house itself is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. Waking up to the sound of whistling birds and fresh mountain air was a refreshing escape from city life. We also saw fireflies at night! Kalpana and Aruna Tai were courteous and attentive, adding a personal touch to our experience. It wasn’t just a getaway—it felt like staying at a loved one’s home. We had a wonderful stay! Chiplun is our native place, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a beautifully designed and well-maintained home nearby. The cleanliness of the property was truly impressive, and the thoughtful design made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The important thing was the stay is pet friendly.. my pet - Bagheera enjoyed the stay and was free to roam the entire property.
