Vacation rentals with a patio in Chino Valley

Ann was very communicative. The private patio space has a beautiful view where we enjoyed the March snow on the hills. We heard her two dogs at different times throughout our stay. Ann’s place had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

This was a great spot to stay in Prescott. Close to the downtown area and many places to eat and hang out that are all walkable. Founding fathers collective had great coffee. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking our own breakfast each morning. Tiffany was very responsive when we needed anything. We will definitely be back.

Page's place was amazing! Theres a lot of space and anything you could possibly need. Page has thought of everything and is very helpful and responsive. We loved our stay!

Our stay at a Martin’s place was a brief two nights, but it was perfect. The place is bright and airy and sparkling clean. The king size bed was absolutely fabulous, the bedroom wallpaper was delightful and you couldn’t ask for a more convenient location if you like to get around on foot. TWO cafe options a stone’s throw away was awesome. Hope to come back someday!

The place had everything we needed while I cared for a family member nearby. It was a quiet spot to return to after a long day. I enjoyed sitting under the Mulberry trees while relaxing too!

This was a very well located and cozy place with all the amenities we needed. We loved our stay here. Walked all around downtown and trails and lakes for paddling were very close. Bed was super comfy. Hope to stay here again next time we're in Prescott!

Janne & Byron’s home is hands down the cleanest and most thoughtfully decorated Airbnb I have stayed at. It is cozy and well suited for families. The location is great. There is upstairs noise, as stated in the listing. It didn’t bother me, but could be a potential issue for others, although earplugs are provided. We look forward to booking future stays.

John was a great host. The place as absolutely cozy, clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again when visiting Prescott.

Michele communicated great! The stay was absolutely beautiful and a very convenient location for me! We were getting married and the venue was only 5 minutes away! The house was not only clean but also very cute and cozy!

We loved staying in Melody's cozy place. It was spotless with a stocked coffee bar that was super nice. Easy to find, in a nice neighborhood, and close to coffee shops and Whiskey Row. Would recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay in Clarkdale. The house was beautiful and clean. It was spacious and perfect for one or two guests. It was well located in the adorable little town of Clarkdale, which was an easy drive to Sedona and close to grocery stores and gas stations. I also enjoyed the nearby attractions of the Tuzigoot National Monument and Dead Horse Ranch State Park. I would absolutely recommend this home, and would stay again!

The place is just as described, only better! We loved staying here and checking out the recommend restaurants and attractions. This was the perfect home base to enjoy a relaxing getaway 😌

2nd time with Melanie. We attended the Reata Pass auction across the street. Convenient for us. Mexican restaurant is always good. We had a little issue and was responded to with in minutes. ALL GOOD

Melanie was a great host, and the condo was exactly what we were expecting. In the description, Melanie talked about the possible road noise because the suite we stayed in was right on the road. Since we were out most of the day, it wasn't very disruptive. Plus, the traffic doesn't really start up until about 9:00 am and dies pretty quickly after 9:00 pm. The location was what we were looking for--ever so slightly off the beaten path--we didn't want to be in the heart of downtown Prescott because we're early-to-bed, early-to-rise people and didn't want to risk noisy nights. It's only a 5 minute drive (if that) to downtown. And there's a coffeehouse/cafe within easy walking distance--The Cove that has outstanding coffee!

Melanie was an amazing host! It's the cutest little spot & the outside area feels very cost & private too. It's a beautiful building & the decor was really perfect, I stayed in the corner room #3 & enjoyed lunch one day outside in my little private corner patio too... The shower water pressure is excellent & hot. The bed & pillows are like a spa. I stayed 3 nights & it was dreamy! I actually extended my stay adding on the last night after I arrived... It's 5 min or less to the Rodeo grounds, local night life... Quiet at night, you can hear some things during the day... Very nice area. I'll be back for sure!

Patty & Michael’s Airbnb is impeccable. The location is in the heart of Old Town & is very walkable to shops, restaurants, and parks. The Airbnb itself is clean, polished, spacious, fully stocked, cool, quiet, and relaxing with three separate patios. The king-sized bed is very comfortable, the blinds do a great job of keeping light out at night, and each room has separate a/c units that work very well. I loved the dedicated office space, washer & dryer (stocked with supplies), and complimentary pour-over coffee options in the kitchen. I did need the door code reset after extending my stay, but Patty responded immediately and had no trouble resetting it remotely. She even dropped off a bottle of wine the next day as an apology (unnecessary but appreciated :))! They clearly put a lot of thought, kindness, and consideration into making guests’ stay stress-free. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great time in Prescott. We were able to enjoy the beautiful walk from the airbnb straight to downtown. We felt safe and comfortable while we stayed at Sunny's airbnb. We will definitely book in the future for another great vacation.
