Floors steam cleaned, tiled throughout, anything you might touch is sterilized. Private entrance, plenty of parking for just about anything. Queen Bed, Full size Futon, Queen blow-up mattress, and 2 couches. The unit is attached to the rest of the home but there is a door that separates it and locks from both sides.

And a futon in the family room makes this lovely property a wonderful spot for a weekend at a working farm or just to visit beautiful Waco and the Silo District or Baylor Football. The home is situated on 100+ acres that features two lakes on the property and Tradinghouse Lake across the road. Within 20 minutes of the Silo District in Waco and 15 minutes to Baylor. This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. We welcome small dogs with special permission, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a futon for an extra guest.
