Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. The Cahill- Magnolia Brewery House c 1894

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.

With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in. Oso Condo - Walk To The Silos

Our condo in the historic Behrens building, and just a short walk from Magnolia Market, Dr. pepper Museum, Waco Suspension Bridge and only a mile from Baylor’s campus. The building was built by the Clifton family for the Behrens Drug Company in 1913. It was a fire-proof, concrete structure constructed to provide ample working space for employees and to keep them safe. In the 1990s it was converted to loft living spaces.
