Excellent location, apartment equipped with everything you need, good area, super friendly reception staff, good hosts. I would only recommend paying a little more attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment inside before checking in the next guest, as some things/furniture are somewhat damaged. 100% recommended place to stay!

everything was excellent, we were able to check in and check out with flexible hours and that came barbarous with our flight schedule. She was super friendly and everything was described. if I go back to chile and it's available I would definitely come back

Great location, for walking around for those who like to explore the area. The apartment is comfortable for 5 or 6 people, with a large terrace for those sunny days.

Our experience was excellent!! The apartment and building exceeded our expectations, impeccable and very nice wherever we looked. In addition, the location is great, it is only two blocks from the Parque Arauco mall, a 5-star stay!!!

Beautiful apartment as shown in the photos. Unbeatable area, I would definitely choose it again. Valentina and Abraham were very attentive and received our suitcases, which made it much easier for us to start touring on the first day.

The apartment has great views and all the basic facilities, it was an enjoyable stay. The location was very good. It may be useful to know that you will need to buzz the reception from the street, then do a check-in with ID, and only then do the self check-in at the door of the apartment (the check-in instructions did not mention this).

Miguel is an excellent host, very attentive to the questions and requirements of his guests. The apartment has everything you need, it is very conveniently located. The building's concierges are also very attentive. Overall we were very grateful, so 100% recommended.

The place is just as described in the listing. The place has a door to the street with a number plate, which I found a little not so safe, although the sector is quiet, but in Valparaíso you never know. The accommodation for me personally is not for long stays, it was not so comfortable for teleworking, a desk was missed since on the kitchen floors it was not so comfortable to be sitting for a long time, I was around a week. That's all, but I think it's a good place to stay for a couple of days. The Host always communicated and was decisive in helping in the cases that were needed.
