The Green House

Single house that is 5 minutes from the center of Chieti. Ideal for two people, but can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a kitchen, a double bedroom, a living room with sofa bed, a bathroom and a small outdoor area fenced. It has an independent entrance and may be accessed directly from outside. We are just 15 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from Pescara, 30 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi and 30 minutes from the mountains! We have a shuttle service available, upon reservation.

Stone house completely renovated by our family and located in the wonderful village of Pretoro, at the foot of the Majella. Two floors and a large garden entirely available for guests. First floor consists of equipped kitchen and living room with a very comfortable sofa (if necessary, sofa bed, 2 seats). Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.
