Delightful two double bedroomed terraced cottage, just 10 minutes walk east of the city centre with its array of tasteful independent shops, restaurants, theatre, cathedral and mainline station. Cosy, comfortable decor and dog-friendly. (One well-behaved dog only please.) Gas CH with electric woodburner to living room, downstairs bathroom, recently updated kitchen and secluded and secure courtyard garden. Lovely quiet little road, no through traffic and all local amenities within easy reach.

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
