“Takeshi's place was wonderful! There were really clear instructions as to how to get to the place and get into our rooms. It's not to far from the train station which is connected well to the train stations needed to get to and from Haneda and Narita airport. I liked the fact that we didn't have to worry about a key once we got the place and could just use a secure code to enter. We booked the private room with a shared bathroom and shower. Everything was so clean and fresh smelling! The beds were also super comfortable and we received all the amenities we needed (bathroom towels, face towels, and hair dryer). My only advice would be that if you're booking the private rooms on the third floor - the only way to get to them is by using stairs so if you have bulkier luggage just prepare yourself when you're getting up those narrow stairs. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this AirBnb if you're looking for a fresh, clean, low-key hub to come back home too after a busy day sight seeing in Tokyo. The restaurant connected to the AirBnb is a plus.”

The nearest station is Sumiyoshi on Hanzomon and Toei-Shinjuku line. Most of the restaurants around here are local ones, you can hardly find franchise restaurants. You can try most of the Japanese food such as Ramen, Yakiniku, Soba noodle, Sushi, Teppanyaki and lots of Yakitori restaurants. Next station on Hanzomon-line is called Kiyosumi Shirakawa. The place is used to be close to Kiba where the huge woodyard was and there are many roasteries using those buildings such as Blue bottle coffee. Therefore, Kiyosumi is known as Coffee town. There are also musiums and galleries so it's good to walk around while feeling old town Fukagawa. The nearest station, Sumiyoshi, is about 7 mins walk. “I had a great first time in Tokyo travelling to and from this establishment. Very warm welcome from the host, great conversations with the guests, was conveniently located near shops and transportation, and had everything I needed for my stay. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Hope to return here on my next trip to Japan. :)”
You can see the Pacific Ocean from big sofa in the living room. Enjoy BBQ in the garden. Such as family or group can be accommodation in a large number of people. Take 3 minutes walk to the sea. Check "Isumi Ocean View House" in youtube. Please enjoy the luxury of time in the nature.
“A fairly large house with an ocean view in a great location. We were so lucky with the weather and it was perfect for running and biking around the area. Can't wait to go back in summer to add swimming (yes, we are triathletes). Pavel (host) greeted us and took around the house. Very friendly and easy to speak to. We also met his family (wife and two boys) later at his house nearby and had a wonderful time chatting with them. Will definitely recommend for those seeking a peaceful time set by the ocean in just a few hours drive from Tokyo. Oh, last but not least, there seemed to be several good restaurants serving local fish around the neighborhood and we went to one of them called "tenma-bune" and enjoyed wonderful "sashimi" and "nizakana" dish! Of course, it was recommended by Pavel.”
