Quiet neighborhood, directly across from a Alta Vista Elementary School. Walk out your door right to Holliday Park, with tons of activities for both adults and children. A YMCA is on the same block. Right in the middle of Cheyenne, easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, breweries, shopping, and whatever you desire.

Only a block away is Lions Park with a trail around Sloan’s Lake, the new pickleball courts (equipment in closet), and Cheyenne Frontier Days grounds. Whatever it is that brings you to town, we hope to make your stay comfortable!

this lovely cozy one bedroom condo, located off I 25, minutes to CFD, grocery store, shopping, restaurants, gas, museums and greenway bike/walking path. The kitchen has been fully remodeled with all the necessary amenities. One queen sized bed, dresser, bed tables and TV are in the bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper and TV in the main room. Extra linens, towels, blankets and pillows stored in the walk in closet. The vanity is separate from the water closet/shower
